Traveling for business. Stopped at Logans steak house and a local steak house for lunch. Waited at both spots at Hostess stand never spoken to, definitely not seated either place . Between 1-1:30.
Got back in truck both places and moved on. Spotted the Applebee's. Ok let's give them a try. Went in eyed the host as soon as I entered vestibule... Bingo, was sat , my drink ordered taken within 2 minutes. Ordered Fiesta Chicken. Great work to cook. Food, service and atmosphere was great. Did not catch my server name or host. Both did well. The manager Matt was touching tables. Great engagement with customers.
Bonus they had lunch specials my Applebee's back home do not.
Keep up the great work.
As you can see in my picture I couldn't wait to get started. Took a bite or 2.
Also very impressed designated veteran parking.
Stop and give them a try.

Food was good.
-chicken broccoli alfreado was tasty
-chicken fajita rollup was good. Probably better without lettuce.

Parking a plenty. Was not corwded when we ate at 1pm.

Food was excellent so I give 5 stars. I'm a picky eater and LOVED it but we had to wait 25mins to even be seated. Other guest were also obnoxiously loud and drunk at the bar also. Some of the workers were cleaning and trying their hardest by being polite as well while others just looked overwhelmed, moved slow, and didn't have much customer service in their vibe.

As always the service and food was perfect. There's nothing like a well seasoned steak, if you need steak sauce you need a better cook.

Food and service were excellent. The chicken wonton tacos are great and the chicken Alfredo was excellent. Highly recommend.

Food was good and cooked properly. We had one of the better servers. Most of the Servers were sitting at a table behind us, loudly gossiping. When Customers came in, they all said they didn't want them, especially when a lady in a wheelchair came in. One was complaining about only getting $16 on her Pay Check. The Bathrooms we're very nasty. When we walked out to leave, the gossiping Servers were hanging out around a truck in the parking lot, goofing off. We chose to eat here because it was next door to our Hotel.

We came in after a concert and ordered cheese sticks and a beer, got the cheese sticks before the beer! I swear, they were in her pocket! Super fast service and great crowd! There was a guy with a ninja turtle tattoo and tequila and laughs... We shut down the Applebee's with Leonardo! Hands down best Applebee's experience ever... Every good experience from this point forward will be known as my Applebee's.

Had to ask for silverware after food was brought out then we received plastic!! Really! The guys said steaks was good but my chicken fingers were dry and overcooked! I have No Desire to eat there again!
