There’s a reason why your restaurant is empty at 1pm on a Tuesday.
1. It is filthy from the restrooms, to the kitchen, and the dining room.
2. The management is nonexistent. The employees are Out. Of. Control.
3. Your menu is incomplete and hard to decipher. If it states a 2 piece dinner is $4.89 why does it ring up as $10.89?

Jacks once had great chicken and wonderful service. It now has neither.

*ps, your coffee sucks, too.

This was a couple of weeks ago. My 94 y/o father in law and I went to the Jack's in Fultondale to have a milkshake. When we walked in the staff was horse-playing using foul language. Thankfully, my father in law is almost completely deaf so he was spared the language. He went and sat down in a booth and I stood at the counter for several minutes before a young girl came to the register and just looked at me, not sating a word. I told her what I wanted and paid her. I went to the booth and sat down for at least five minutes before the young girl started preparing our order. Soon, she sat them on the counter walked away without saying a syllable to me. I'm 64 and I have never seen such disrespect for customers. Now I drive to the one in Mt. Olive or Morris...

I am so tired of spending my money and nearly every. single. time. the order is wrong. I’m not normally one to leave bad reviews, but this morning was the last of many wrong orders/absolute worst attitudes from this location that I’ll tolerate. Maybe leaving a review will make a difference, but I doubt it.
This morning in particular, I ordered the big breakfast sandwich with sausage. Normally that comes with egg, cheese, sausage, and mayo. What I got was some toasted bread, a cold piece of sausage and a cold slice of cheese. No egg at all, and no mayo. It was a to go order so I did not discover this until I got home with it. So now I’m cooking my own eggs, that I also paid for. Thanks Jack’s Fultondale!

i stopped by here to get breakfast for my family on the way to my grandmothers funeral. The lady taking the drive through orders was very rude. She ended my order twice before i was done so i had to pay separately for the two. My coffee was so overfilled that it spilled all over my dress. not to mention both of my separate orders were wrong. do not recommend this location :)

Went through the drive thru and the service was very good. It did not take long to have our order complete and ready for us. Our food was hot from the kitchen.

I purchased a light variety of side orders consisting of mashed potatoes with gravy, coleslaw, 4 plain biscuits, and 2 vanilla milkshakes today. The mashed potatoes tasted very fresh and flavorful, packing punches of savory garlic and brown gravy that soothed my taste buds with every bite. Jack’s biscuits are amazingly comforting and have the ability to carry almost any plate and make it much more appetizing. I really appreciate this evening’s Chef working behind the scenes. The coleslaw was very fresh and savory, they don’t use an excessive amount of ingredients with their coleslaw, so it wasn’t very heavy on the stomach, offsetting my appetite. And their vanilla milkshakes are pretty good as well. I’d definitely come back for more when in town. Jack’s side orders for the evening get’s a smooth 7 out of 10 in my book. Thank You Guys.

They told me I had to wait 20 minutes for chicken. I order a burger. Fresh fried chicken came out after I ordered burger. Wasn't happy about that. The burger wasn't much at all

With only a few people eating in the lobby and you have over 5 employees working, why is the drive through wrapped from the window to the intercom? I gave a complete order, the order was repeated back to me. I get my order I was missing a drink, side of fries, one kids meal out of two. Kids meals were missing their rice crispy treats… We got zero napkins, no ketchup & no BBQ sauce from an employee with a bad attitude… she had the audacity to close the window on me as I requested it ???? inside I went… Spoke with manager, he made it right BUT I need him to talk to the staff…. I don’t care how fast pace the job is, they need not to allow their feelings to control their level of service. especially during lunch.. this is what they signed up for, go hard or go home.
