The place my husband loves to spend a lot of money at. Flower selection is always nice. Help is hard to find at times. But the ones that have helped have always been super nice.

Bought a washer and dryer. The person in the appliance section was very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was on time and didn't take very long.

Terrible customer service. No one can ever help you. My employees have been accused of lying about a plant they sold us that the customer didn’t like so we returned it for him to call my employee a liar because he was younger. This Lowe’s used to be great. They have no will to help anyone and the mangers are aweful. They will eventually end up like Graysville if they don’t get control immediately. Tried to to return 2 things this week for gift card but nope. A lot of people really festival better. Corporate needs to get in quickly!

I specifically went to Lowe's to check out the garden center.. I was absolutely shocked at the lack of care given to this department. The garden center was full to the brim with a fantastic variety of plants.
Sadly, 95% of the flowers, shrubs, & trees should've been on clearance. Everything outside was completely wilted & dead. The only plants that stood a chance inside were the drought tolerant grasses. I found it amusing they wrote on the clearance items, "distressed!" Most living things become distressed when not fed & watered. No employees in sight. I will never go to this store again. I do not recommend visiting this location. It feels a little sketchy after dark as well.

Left aggravated. There are NO cashiers. It is all self-checkout. I don't work there & I am not going to ring my stuff up. That could be a job for several. I doubt if I will go in there again.

We pre paid for some items and came back the next day to pick them up and there was a very nice and helpful lady named Mia at the customer service desk, she was hustling getting us our stuff and even helped us load it. Very outstanding customer service today Mia!

Lowe's had some great sales prices so I purchased a new washer and dryer from them. The appliance sales associates were very friendly, but difficult to get ahold of in the store and on the phone. After a very difficult experience ordering from Lowe's (where two of my orders were canceled due to delivery address and date mix ups) My third order was canceled without explanation. When I called into Lowe's the manager was super nice, but told me that I had been sold a washer and dryer that was discontinued....If you discontinue a product you should NOT allow it to be purchased by a Lowe's sales associate on behalf of a customer. Between that and horrible mix ups with my orders, I am very leery of buying anything from Lowes that has to be delivered....

I went to have someone come out to measure for exterior , patio, and security doors. I payed $35 set everything up waited over a week to have measurements done. The reports was sent to store this took about 4 days for the store to call. We went to store on a Sunday evening. All the doors were over priced. The clerk was slow and understaffed. Phone kept ringing, other customers needing assistance. We eliminated some of the choice and narrowed down to 3 doors. We brought cash to pay and set up installation. The clerk says I can't give you a price. I have accessory parts to enter into computer. I will call you then you come back to store a third time if your not agree and sign contract. I waited 5 days. Started calling after3days. How long could it it take. Five days later someone finally answered the phone. Terrible experience.
