When we entered the staff welcomed us with a "hello". We felt welcome! Our server was just fantastic, very attentive to us. The workers were very busy and the unit was clean. Everyone attentive to their job. It appeared that everyone was happy. Our food came out very timely and was just as we ordered it. It hot and tasty! Just well done!!!!!

Definitely understaffed, and this place needs to be be cleaned up. Sitting with family and friends and 2 roaches appear out of no where. Our waitress was doing her best to manage things, we could tell. Her being the only one taking orders and managing the whole restaurant and only 1 cook. It can be frustrating. The food!? Well it’s Waffle House can’t expect gourmet meals, so it is what it is. Reason giving it 2 stars instead of 1. Is cause the waitress really was kind besides the stress.

This is the most dirtiest Waffle House I’ve ever seen. The waitress is doing her job the best she can. The tables and floors are nasty, gnats on the tables, spiders crawling on the floor, window boards covered in dust, last but not least behind the counter in the cooking area, food falling and floor dried with look like wasted tea! Disgusting! This place need to be closed until management get it together!

One star only for the cook! The lady however was eating in the same area where food is prepared. There was one couple there when we arrived however every table was dirty and floors were disgusting. It’s a shame people get paid to eat and socialize on the job instead of actually working. Again one star for the cook!! He was doing his job while the ladies ate and walked out to take phone calls/ sit in car with male friend.

Worst experience at a Waffle House to date. Music was way too loud to have a conversation and our server had very obviously partaken too much of her substance of choice: Had to ask for items several times before receiving them, got one item taken off check after still not receiving before finishing, and everything but waffle was overcooked.

Being truck drivers, my husband and I have eaten at many and we will most definitely not stop here again.

Worst experience in waffle house ever! Every table had syrup and god knows what else all over as well as the seats. The employees were rude and provided us with cold food when we were the only two people in there. I've never seen somewhere so disgusting aside from mcdonalds and they even have everything cleaned off better. We stopped eating mid meal due to several roaches crawling around us and causing us to lose our dinner. I will never eat here again. Please find a different waffle house? I feel like I just walked into a cave covered in syrup and fecal matter. I would rather drink bleach than eat another bite of food from here again.

Walked in at 3:15am starving. Literally big girl caught me walking in workin the register and said “we don’t have a cook”. I look around and atleast 6 people have full plates of food eating. What do the management & corporate do to these employees to make them the most useless people known to work. I mean might as well just buy a gun and end it all. “We don’t have a cook” you’re 250lbs im sure you can cook. Take my order and do your job like you’re here for. Precious looking azz. If you live in this area only 2 places open at this time so I had to sit in the Whataburger line for an hour as expected they are just as incoherent and worthless.

The staff was more concerned about serving friends than customers. They left food off of my order after an hour wait because one of the only two cooks there walked out mid shift. Will never be back.
