The first 2 times my large family went there was pretty good. We went there on Thursday, the same food we had last time that was good wasn't this time. The food was so bland it really didn't have a taste.
I thought it was me at first but every one in our group had the same opinion about this trip. I know they was short staffed.
But not sure why that changed the food flavor. The waitress was good and always there to take care of our needs.

Only giving two starts for the food. Overall, it was not a great visit. My mom, friend, and I went there today for lunch. It was around 2-2:30. There was not one customer in the restaurant. No one was up front to greet us. We get sat, and waited a good bit before the server came to the table. Took way too long for her to do anything the entire visit. We waited about 20 minutes for a drink refill and couldn’t eat our food because we were so thirsty. We also asked another server for a refill since we couldn’t find our server and they wouldn’t even bring us a refill. We all had an appetizer and an entree. The table was too small which is what it is… but the server never removed a dirty dish the entire visit. She took forever to get boxes, waited about 10 minutes for that, then about 10 for her to tell us what we owe, and about another 10 to get change. At this point the server only had us and one other table, so there was no excuse. They weren’t slow. She also had absolutely no personality, friendliness or anything. It was the worst service I’ve ever received and I am a server myself so I know how to treat my customers and the way we were treated is NOT the way. Food was good. It was hot and fresh… no complaints there. Simply the service was awful, which sort of ruined the entire experience.

15 -20 min wait...but it was less..about 10 min..service was good and food good hot and fresh... That's a really really big burger.. couldn't eat it all..same with my chicken pasta. Both were really good..waitress the greatest!!

Overall pretty good. Had the Southwest chicken soup, very tasty. For the entree I had the ribeye steak, loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was all very good but for me personally the seasoning on the steak and the seasoning of the potatoes was just a little too much salt for me. Still very good but I know I can't eat like that all the time if I want to keep my blood pressure at a normal level, lol. But overall very good. Service was timely and friendly.

I ordered a steak plate medium , it came out well done, second order came out medium rare, usually the 3rd time is the charm - it didn't happen. Third plate was well done again. This place cannot cook a steak - manager was well aware what happened - I told her to forget it, paid a beer and left. All Chili's have gone down hill fast service is slow to non existence and food is served below expectations-the staff including mgmt just don't care. I'll never do Chili's again anywhere.

We visited Chili's yesterday a little before 6 pm. They were not crowded, which I thought would be great for us. Wrong. With a party of 5 and they were not crowded, we asked for the circle booth. The hostess had to go ask someone if we could sit there. Ok. It's weird since another group of people were on that side. On the way to our table, we had to walk through liquid that had spilled from one of the tables that was not cleaned. That liquid was not cleaned up in the hour that we were there. The table was nasty, and we had to wait for the hostess to clean it before we could be seated. Our waiter was nice. We ordered chips and queso. The queso was cold. How do you get that wrong? We ordered our food. After a long wait, the food arrived. One steak dinner had to be sent back twice because the cook could not get medium well right and keep sending a well-done steak to the table. After the second steak was cooked incorrectly, my daughter just gave up on dinner. The others were done eating by then. The waiter was very apologetic, and his face even showed embarrassment. This Chili's has given us some bad moments. I think this will be our last time going to this location. The last time, it was overcrowded, and I attributed that to the bad experience, but apparently, that is not the case.

Did I mention the leaving air conditioning? That leaking started mid dinner. That was a mess because no one bothered to put a wet floor sign out, bucket, or anything. It was at the 1st table to the right. Anyone being seated or leaving from that area had to trek through two puddles of liquid. We had to be very careful not to fall ascwe were leaving.

Upon walking in, there was no one at the hostess stand. She soon came walking up as if we were an inconvenience for her. Our waiter was ok. We had to ask him multiple times to bring us things but he had no problem hanging out at the bar and chatting. There's a reason this place barely had any people there. It's sad too. I love Chilli's and they keep shutting them down.... perhaps it's because when you order they never have what you want or maybe it's because they can't find quality people to work. Either way, we won't be back to this one.
