The staff were very accommodating, and the food was really pleasant and worth the money. Expect to take home leftovers as you get a lot of food. However, the atmosphere isn't as intimate and relaxed as you'd want it to be, especially in the more expansive parts of the restaurant, but the booths are okay.

Rosie's is located in the heart of downtown Florence and has an open, bright and lively atmosphere.
There's both inside and outside dining options available.
There's a nice size bar as well.
The staff is friendly and pleasant.
My favorite dishes from Rosie's is the Fajita Beef Supremo Nachos, steak quesidilla, and shrimp quesidilla.
The salsa isn't my favorite, but the chili con queso and the Queso Blanco dips are pretty good.
The portions are plentiful and I always have a To-Go box in hand when I leave.

Very authentic place, impressive decoration, chips were great with salsa and guacamole, we had burrito and quesadilla for lunch, they were good, not bad, service and staff was good…

Beautifully decorated. Festive but loud. Excellent food. Really liked the salsa and the Chicken tortilla soup although it was served like warm.

This is the first time for us to try this restaurant. That atmosphere is lively, fun and upbeat. Very family-friendly. The food was wonderful. The service was great. We will definitely be back.

I had a guest in town and he and I dined at Rosie's. What a great first impression of The Shoals area! The food was excellent. Hot, fresh and delicious. The salsa is the first indication and this passed with flying colors. I had the steak and it was cooked perfectly. The spices were authentic and perfectly balanced to the meat. The Charro Beans and rice were on point and the fresh guacamole and Pico were perfect additions. Chips, cheese dip.... and a free scoop of ice cream at the end. What a great outing. Being treated well just makes the food that much better. Great job folks! Thank you.

Rating is controversial, been here before, service was better before,Might have just been that night, time or both.

1... Seated, after 8 minutes without a waitress, I went up and asked why? Immediately a waiter who was in another section came back with me & took our order.
VERY GOOD, alert waiter going out of his way to serve.
2... The manager came over and apologized, tried to make things right. Said if any other issue see him right away.
3... Food came out with the actual waitress for our section promptly, think I saw manager out of the corner of my eye standing back.
4... Refills were prompt for drinks...
5... Food was good, portions large.

This has got to be one of the best restaurants in The Shoals and Tennessee Valley area. The food and the staff are amazing. This isn’t a one time fluke either, been there several times and I’m always impressed. The food is always delicious, well prepared and well presented. Someone has actually taken the time to prepare the meal and present it in a way that looks appetizing and appealing. The whole staff is very friendly and well managed. They always appear well staffed and busy. I’ve never waited on a refill and my meal always shows up in a timely manner. The restaurant has a nice authentic, rustic look an is very well kept and clean. I’m never afraid to bring quests here because they have a very nice menu selection and I know they are going to be impressed and have a great meal. I tell all my friends in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona that if they want to experience a great Mexican Cantina they’re going to have to come to Alabama. If you’re within 100 miles of this place you need to stop in at Rosie’s, you won’t be disappointed.
