I've been coming here since I was a kid. The food is still fantastic whether you get breakfast or lunch. The service is always great, and everyone is friendly.

Been trying to go here for over three years while visiting local family. Finally made it there while they were actually open (that's another story). I was told how good it was. "Best burger around". Ordered a large cheeseburger. It was exactly like some of the reviews said. Bun was old, burger was just ok, and the cheese was just thrown on the burger cold. The only person with any personality was the guy that rang up our food. I felt bad because he found out we were visiting from out of town an said "come back and see us again". Not going to to do that. Skip past the good reviews and check out the negative ones. They are much more accurate. Very disappointed.

Saw it on the internet. Going there for breakfast but saw them cooking burgers. Mine was so good my wife ordered one after she finished her breakfast and she didn't share.
This is the true local joint where a visitor is welcome.

Been eating here all my life and I worked all over the United States and this is still the best cheeseburger I've ever had

No chocolate gravy every day.
Be sure to order at counter. We sat there for a while before having to ask. Nice people but probably want to sit up by the door some machine in back is loud.

Horrible experience. Went in with my daughter the other day and all of the girls were completely void of any personality. I waited for what seemed like forever even though it was after lunch and no one was waiting. The girl mopping the floor finally came around the corner and proceeded to make our food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. I couldn’t believe my eyes. The girl didn’t ask if I wanted everything on it and I was too stunned to request fries or anything extra.

I received my food and could barely stomach two bites before trashing the rest. One of the worst burgers I’ve ever eaten. The bread was stale, the cheese instead of melted was stone cold, the bacon burnt, and the meat dry.

Checking out was the same experience. No “how was the food? I hope everything was good?”. I had to wait for a very long time to be rung up and the entire interaction lacked any professionalism to say the least.

My family used to love this place but we will never be back.

this place is *bussin* ???? my friends and i absolutely LOVED the chocolate gravy and biscuits. it was so filling but so satisfying. also the staff was really nice and the food came out quickly
