Our server Hope was very polite and attentive. The old building in downtown was perfect for this restaurant. They serve the bread in a paper bag. I imagine that's how authentic Italian bread is served. We had the chicken parmesean with fettuccine Alfredo. The steak marsala with garlic mashed potatoes and house salads. The food was all excellent. I would recommend this restaurant.

It is a cool place, the food is ok, they serve hot bread in a brown bag and a spice mix, you put olive oil which is on the table on the spice mix and dip the bread into it, it was delicious…

Food is always amazing, we drove an hour just to eat lunch here again. Love the dipping oil and the fresh bread.

My Bestie and I went to Florence for the day and had a delicious lunch. She had lasagna and I had chicken Alfredo. Both were excellent. The chicken tasted like smoked chicken and gave the dish a unique taste. The bread loaves are amazing with the spices and some olive oil!
We went early around 11:15 am. No wait and the service was very good.

This is one of our favorites for a girls' day out (with generous portions). Knowledgeable hostess and serve staff. Our lunch was delicious and prepared as ordered. Patron restrooms could use cleaning and freshening as these were unkept, but well stocked.

Hadn't eaten here in several years because we moved and it was my husband's first time visiting. Ww dropped in for the lunch special, but it ended at 4 pm. We stayed anyway and I tried the lasagna. So delicious! It's still very good after all these years!!

First of all, I am italian...since I was in Florence for work for a couple of weeks, I decided (without expectations) to try this restaurant that claims to be Italian .... what can I say. .. food between average and poor .... I ordered a fried mozzarella and I received some mozzarella sticks from the supermarket, I then took the chicken alla ricatoni's and it was acceptable but nothing special. The worst thing is that it has nothing of Italian, except for the name of the plates...even the name Ricatoni is not Italian...it isn't an Italian surname nor an Italian typical dish ( probably it was an "Americanisation" of riGatoni ( that's a kind of pasta). in conclusion I say,I am so sorry I have to say it but, if you want to taste Italian cuisine,(the real one) well, don't come here

This is located in an old building and it has loads of character. Italian places can be hit or miss, but this one has the food down pat. We sat quickly during lunch hour and the waitress was there almost immediately. They bring you a dish with fragrant herbs and you add as much olive oil as you want. The bread came in small brown old fashion paper bags and was warm and delicious. I ordered cheese stuffed ravioli with a tomato cream sauce which if I had a spoon I would have finished the whole plate, which is unusual for me. My husband had spaghetti and he said it was the best he’s ever had that wasn’t homemade. The bill was only $31 for both of us including drinks which was not bad at all. If I didn’t live three hours away I would eat there everyday.
