Ok, we both had the deep fried chicken fingers with fries and a side salad. It was the best chicken strips I have had in a long time, and believe me when I say I eat a lot of chicken,I eat a LOT of chicken! The server was very nice and attentive, sometimes you can tell if they are just putting on a show, but she seemed very nice. Prices, very good, I thought, for the location. I will be back! This is an added review, I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT!! It has been one year since I was here and the food is still excellent!! This time I wanted to try the fried shrimp ???? because we just returned from Gulf Shores where I had shrimp, and it was just terrible. The shrimp ???? here, at River Bottom is more than excellent, I loved it!! Oh, and get the bacon cheese fries ????, great, also! I could go on and on, but I won't, go to RIVER BOTTOM GRILL BY STANFIELDS, you won't regret the trip!!

Unique dining experience on a floating building. Fantastic views of the river. I recommend sitting on the second floor covered porch. Food was very good and had lunch and dinner options. Fried mushroom’s and fish and chips were great.

Food was really good! Waitress was great too, but we went when they were Overwhelmed busy and we had a delay with our food. But they gave us dessert on the house to make up for it! The dessert as well as the food was heavenly! There is a very comfy area to sit and wait to be seated! This restaurant is ON the water and one has to walk down a pretty good decline to reach it so…I wouldn’t recommend heals unless ur less clumsy than me!

This place is very nice. The food was awesome..I wish I would have gotten our waitress name. She was so sweet , cute and very helpful.

A straight forward menu of seafood and steak, complimented by an "Only Hits" menu of cocktails, and an "Only Bangers" playlist of music in the background. I came into town for a business trip and am so glad I stopped here. Even with a busy bar and mixing drinks for tables and bar seaters, Meranda did a wonderful job and attended all patrons with good cheer and great service. Prices are fair and surprisingly approachable for anyone. I tried the Shrimp Happens sampler of each type served and some oysters on the half shell, both were excellent value for money. Drinks I tried included the Juice Joint which was sweet and refreshing, the Indigo Mule which was a clean and satisfying gin offering, and the Tito's Strawberry Mule which was also a hit, as well as several of the beers on offer which were great as well on draft or by the bottle. Really loved the atmosphere, speed and quality of service, and again - a jamming playlist that even had the bartender singing along. You will not be disappointed if you stop by!

Loud on the inside. Food ok but super
slow (Sat. lunch). Sat on the deck. Pretty view but Intermittent sewer aroma a real turn off.

Riverbottom Grille is one of my favorite restaurants in the Shoals.
The restaurant is located right under the O'Neal Bridge and floating with the boats in the Florence Harbor Marina.
Great views and even better food and cocktails.
There's seating downstairs and upstairs as well as outside looking over the Tennessee River.
I love all the Flatbread sandwiches, corkscrew shrimp, chicken tenders, wings, fried pickles etc. They have the best Buffalo wing sauce.
It's also one of the only places around that I know of where you can order a Bushwacker.
My family and I love going here. My 5 year old wants to go here all the time!

This hidden jewel (because you can't see it from the Muscle Shoals Bridge) was well worth the wait! The salmon was phenomenal. They will text you when a table is ready, so you can walk around the marina and boardwalk overlooking the river while you wait. Give River Bottom Grill a try if you're near Muscle Shoals.
