Rock star staff Saturday night. Some woman came in being incredibly rude and everyone handled the issue with perfection! Poor waitress politely had to walk away b/c this woman was straight evil to her, and the kitchen staff stepped in and had her back while she took a moment to collect her thoughts! Amazing food! Amazing service!!!! Proud to support my local Waffle House!!

This is the most disgusting Waffle House I have ever encountered. It’s never clean, the workers are always standing around, it’s take them forever to even acknowledge you to take your order. They could care less about the customer. I come here regularly. I would recommend anyone to eat at this establishment. If the owner only knew what this establishment has come to they would be very disappointed.

Super disappointed in this location. Went in there on Tuesday night and was told there would be a little bit of a wait but we were seated immediately. Watched the two waitresses working on the tables clearing of the tables seating other people and taking their orders before we even got greeted or a glass of water. Very disappointed that we were barely even acknowledged and had to ask for our own menus. I know they were short staffed but that was ridiculous. I did talk to the manager the next day and she said that they were short staff but that was beyond the pale. Will not be back

I had an amazing waitress fast food very friendly. However my friends had a waitress names Natalie and she was extremely rude to them from the moment they walked in. She rolled her eyes every time they ordered something was very slow on purpose and was on her phone while their drinks sat on the counter. My friend's nephew ordered a waffle and she rolled her eyes at him as well. The restaurant was not packed by any means. I understand being frustrated with your job but rolling your eyes at people is not going to get you far in life. Other than that all the other waitresses were nice and quick cooks are amazing and quick as well. If you get Natalie as a server just ask for another one.

Have eat at this Waffle House many times and I have never had a bad experience. This morning was way different. Ordered a All Star breakfast. When the waitress delivered she brought eggs and grits. My coffee was empty, no bacon and no Waffle. I don't mind the Waffle coming out later but it or the bacon never came. Mentioned this missing parts and she acted put out. Recieved burnt bacon and crispy Waffle. I know everyone needs help but this kind of help! Really?

Terrible. Walked in, sat down. Was not greeted and was not waited on after being there for 10 minutes. Waitresses did not even acknowledge we were there. Got up and left. Will never stop at this location again.

They didn't put any onions on the patty melt. They didn't have pickles on the side. I've been eating at Waffle House my entire life and this one is the only one that does it differently. Also they have a couple of scummy regulars here.
