I ordered on the mobile app and when I pulled up to window she had a attitude and acted like she couldn’t comprehend that I had ordered and paid on my phone. So when she get my drive thur number she go make my order, bring it to the window and says we’ll you gonna have to wait on your pies… now I didn’t mention I was already sitting in the drive thru line for about 5 minutes before she answered… then had to sit 5 more for her to figure out my order… now gotta sit 15 more for these pies to cook!!! Then get the pies and she put the wrong ones in the bad!! Im done with McDonald’s for 2 month… well maybe 2 weeks…. Well… idk their fries be 2 good!!!????????????????

I said I wouldn't do a review after the order was placed in drive thru, I remained polite the entire time cause ik people have bad days, but after shoving my bag in my hand and mean mugging me without saying anything and closing the window. Do not eat here at all costs

Edit: McCrispy was soggy, just sad

I placed a mobile order, got to the restaurant, and went through the drive thru. The person who answered was very short and rude. After waiting for some time just to get up to the pickup up window, they proceeded to make us wait so long I ended up turning my car off. They finally had me pull up to the door and wait even longer for food. We only ordered basic breakfast foods. After waiting almost 30 mins on a mobile order, a guy finally brought my food out, did not say a word to me just stuffed the bag in my hand and walked away. I get home to eat with my family And I’m missing several things out of my order. I tried to call the restaurant, the phone rang and rang. Then it started ringing busy, I’m guessing they took the phone off the base. I guess you get what you get when you choose this McDonalds

manager gives poor service and disrespectful attitude just because she is busy or made previously upset. i got to the speaker and said i had a mobile order, she yelled "was it a mcchicken" i said yes because it was close to what i had gotten on my mobile order, i pulled around and she just threw me a bag with just a mcchicken said "thats it". my order included fries, mccrispy, and a smoothie. i had to wait to show her my phone and said thats not my order. she then gave me the correct items but acted like i did something wrong. if youre so stressed then quit, they aint paying you that much.

My grandson and I were traveling and he loves the hash browns, so we get off the interstate pull in and order 4 hash browns and get to the window and worker says that will be $11.35 and I reply for 4 hash browns and she says yes ma’am and I reply aren’t they 2 for $2.89? She replied no, $2.89 each? I told her to cancel but didn’t want grandson to be hungry, so I said give me 2 and she graciously said that will be $5.65? Needless to say I do not plan to visit there again.

Pulled in to drive thru, ordered #7 unsweetened tea with hot sauce and a sausage and cheese mcmuffin. Order received was sweet Tea 2 burritos stuck to wrapper with mild sauce and sausage no cheese mcmuffin. Asked for hot sauce and given more mild sauce. Called and told come back to make it right. Explained on the road back to Nebraska and manager states "Sorry we are not perfect, we try everyday." Wow. Just wow. Never again!

There are too many kids & young adults working at this location. They were goofing off & talking so loud. The cashier at the front seemed new & kept getting orders wrong. There was a manager, pregnant & in street clothes. It took me over 20 minutes to get a McChicken & a small fry.

Good service inside IF they are Open. Came in on Monday and door was locked at 6:00pm. Corporate stooges were here just a few weeks ago and had 5 managers on top of things only for all of that to be reset to poverty once they left. Do Better. 2 months later.....its just as Awful ????
