Ordered online. The dipping tacos with shredded beef. You've seen the commercials. They didn't look like that. They had the regular ground beef in them. One of them was a corn tortilla and the other one was soft. That's crazy cuz I ordered two of the same thing! They were totally smushed, like a bad grilled cheese sandwich. Surprising. I've had good experiences at this location in the past. Maybe they were out of shredded beef. They shoulda canceled my order. I don't like what I got.

This is literally the only Taco Bell that has consistently good food. Especially the breakfast, this is the only taco bell out of Shelby county or Jefferson county that actually seasoned their breakfast. Every other location doesn’t season their breakfast to the point it’s so bland you almost puke. Love the am crunch wraps here.

Came here for a online order. I got into the store and stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes with no one acknowledge me. I kept standing there then finally some asked it I was there for my online order I said yes. Then 5 minutes later I got my tacos then I asked about my tea. They rudely were like you're going to have to wait for us to make some. I was like okay then then I went to sit and eat my tacos. After I finished eating I stood upfront for at least another 10 minutes then they finally mixed the tea then I finally got it. There were no sorry for the inconvenience or nothing. Then immediately after I didn't feel great a few days after that so I won't be back to this location again.

Handed me a bag covered in hot sauce (i didn’t even order any), the chalupas where dumped out, completely upside down in the bag, the shells were completely empty and their contents covering the wrappers of everything else in the bag. I really wish there was a rating lower than 1

This was the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The people were so polite, and the food was good. This, unfortunately, is a rare commodity now a days. Great job, and thank you.

Place is a scam. I ordered off the volcano menu and got a regular taco, they refused to change bc “it’s not red anymore”. It says it’s a red taco right on the menu.

Paid the chicken up charge for my burrito, got beef anyway. Asked for a refund and they said they “mixed chicken into the beef”

The food wasn't prepared as it should be, no customer service, just throws all the food in one bag every time I come here, not even put in there properly. I really like the way it was before.

This store was not being run well. It took 20 minutes to receive my order, and there were no other customers waiting. When I inquired at 15 minutes about how much longer the order would take, I was told they were understaffed. I’m a bit confused, because there were 4 employees there at 330 in the afternoon. They weren’t taking orders on the register, stating that they could only take credit card orders at the kiosk. There was one employee making food, another employee walking around the lobby, a manager sitting in the office watching the food be made, and the lady I stopped to ask about our food (who seemed like a manager as well?) who had just been scrolling on her cell phone. At one point, the lady making the food said that the food would have been ready faster if someone would have helped her. This level of customer service and management is quite disappointing. I will avoid this location in the future.
