I ordered 12 regular cheeseburgers at drive thru window, received my order, drove to nearby grocery to pick up a few items, then drove home ... arriving home approximately 30-min after placing cheeseburger order. Imagine my surprise when I discovered only 5 of the 12 burgers had a piece on meat on them!

My first thought is to say NEVER leave a restaurant's property without first verifying order Is complete and correct.

Whereas that is good advice, if one has to unwrap each sandwich to verify it has a piece of meat, then the best policy is simply I need to find myself somewhere else to eat!

Fastest order I've gotten ever at a restaurant. They actually did their job unlike every other Burger King I've been to. Ordered a Texas Whopper Combo and a Triple whopper combo. Got the burgers in just 2 minutes. Received the sides in just 1. This right here is what happens when employees do their jobs.

Great service and food for a late night trip. Know it's not easy working nights like that and really says alot about the staff for making the experience so enjoyable

Today, October 28, 2021, I called and asked if they were on Urber because lately even though restaurants posted on Urber come back cancel because their not their anymore. I called today at 1:58pm central time and ask the young lady there and She tells me to call Urber. I ask you mean to tell me you don’t know if your own Uber or not and she saids No Ma’am and hangs up in my face. I give her -10 in Customer Service and needs to go back and be retrained. I’m very disappointed in the service I received today. I will not be ordering from Burger King.

I ordered my food through the drive through and they were fairly fast. I order the Bacon Cheese burgers for a $1.00 and I got the $3.99 - 2 whopper junior special with one fry and one onion rings. I just love that onion ring sauce. It’s sooo good. You must try it.

Also, I got the Strawberry Lemonade Freeze (5 Stars) and I tell you it’s nothing like sipping on a nice cold drink when it’s hot outside and your driving on the freeway in traffic. You are the envy of others because they wish they had something good and cold to drink too! ????

Next, all my Bacon Cheese burgers were cooked and the bacon was crispy and good. Just take a look at the pictures. Plus, they’ve got the new Jalapeño poppers. I believe that’s what they are called. But, they are very good too. Check it out if you love Spicy food.

Service was horrible and the people rude for no reason. Told the young lady to have a wonderful afternoon and she slammed the window and walked away.

The store was empty they had one other customer while we were there. Six employees e were hanging out in the kitchen. Not paying attention to the customers. Only one table was clean. The restaurant had no ice. My whopper was cold my husband ate a few bites of his sandwich it looked like someone stepped on it. Our friends decided to get a milkshake no one knew how to make the milkshake. They were not drinkable. Whoever owns that franchise will soon be out of business at the rate they are going.

Their machine is always defrosting & can never get a frozen coke from there. I think the past 4 times I’ve gone, at different times, their machine has been “defrosting.” They don’t close until 11 and at 8:35 pm it was already defrosting. Do better pls.
