When you order a route 44 cherry limeade and it's nothing but ice... that's enough right there for me to never ever visit your establishment again. What happened to quality and honesty btw? Burger tasted boiled.smh

I ordered a route 44 unsweet tea and a route 44 diet cherry limeade. It took 25 minutes to get my drinks. It also took me pressing the red button again to get my drink. I will never visit this location again

When this location opened I had so much faith for it. It was friendly, happy, helpful, and everyone was fast and polite.

I don’t know why this location suffers so much, but I’ve yet to get my food or drinks in less than 20 minutes. Even when it’s just milkshakes.

After multiple failed attempted visits, this will be my final review of the location.

This Sonic use to be really good, but has went down hill quite a bit. Today, I simply ordered two popcorn nugget kids meals for my little ones and was given this. It was only breading with not the slightest ounce of ACTUAL chicken. My two year old wouldn’t even eat it and he absolutely loves Sonic popcorn chicken. An when contacted, the staff said they all are like that. We got to do better than this!

The food was delicious and hot, but the service was atrocious. If there was anything like the walking dead the waitress could have been classified as one. I tried to talk to her but she just stared at me and walked away. I have worked in retail for over 30 years and understand we don't always feel like we want to be at work. However ... If you don't want to be there then quit. There are hundreds of people who would like a job, so the next time you have an opportunity to hire someone make sure they are there for the right reasons.

I was going to try their new ???? ???? slush float.
It was even better than it sounds.
The service was good.
But, the lady taking the order was hateful. She could not understand what I was saying so, I kind of understand but, at the same time she couldn't understand anyone else placing orders. Probably due to the fact that speakers and music playing were all very loud ????.

I pulled into the drive thru and sat there for a good two or three minutes waiting to give my order. Nobody said anything to me. I drove away and the next car got immediate attention.

Wanted to stop on the way thru town (going home). We stood there waiting for someone to take our order (walk up), 2 different workers came out, didn't say anything to us. I asked the 2nd girl if someone would take our order. She mumbled something and walked back in. After a few mins, we decided to leave.
