Messy tables, cold food, for 10 minutes we stood @ front counter b4 our order was taken as employees walked back and forth without even acknowledging anyone, slow service, fries undone, was told they were out of ranch, but on Lukewarm fish sandwich it had Ranch not tartar sauce and cheese would not melt it was so cold. Only saw 2 employees behind counter, drive-thru line was wrapped around, besides us one other couple in the building, bathrooms both male & female were a total mess, smelled horrible & had no Soap in the female bathroom. All tables in the lobby, no napkins, even front counter hadn't been wiped down.

Got in the drive thru, ordered, then waited for 30 minutes to get to the window and our food wasn’t ready. It was just a large ice water, a large Dr. Pepper, and a 3 piece snack. We have to remind the cashier what we had three times, and after the third time we were handed our food. There were 7 fries in the snack and a few looked a little dirty. It was just disappointing.

I don’t know how staffed they were or who is new or not, I wish them good luck.

This is the nastiest jacks I've ever been to. First walked in 2 kids were sleeping at a table. My husband and I waited 5 min before they even acknowledged us . My food was good but it was unkept. See pictures of the bathroom and restaurant.

Great place for a quick bite. The service was fast and efficient. Clean inside and out. My only issue was that the fires were way too salty. The seasoning that you use on the fries which give it a orange tone. This seasoning is way too salty. My elderly friend couldn't eat her fries because of it and I passed on my also. Well at least the fires with the seasoning;)

They NEVER get my order right! Then they NEVER give you a recipt. Food is either cold, old, or messy. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Great foot at great prices! Jacks has been good my whole life, and this one is no exception. They’ve made mistakes before, sure, but they have always quickly and appreciably fixed any issues I’ve had.

The food is pretty good but customer service isn't. Good luck with trying to call and talk to someone at the store. They NEVER answer the phone, not once! I received my order and the grits, gravy, eggs, and bacon were all in the same compartment. They need better containers for Door Dash orders.

Wish I could give it less stars. I eat at Jacks regularly. The chicken sandwich here was not the usual. It was a tiny piece of chicken not crunchy with a different batter and soggy. The people were more worried about talking among themselves than helping customers.
