Went in to buy brake fluid but the shelves were picked clean.
Went to the candy isle and same situation ...picked clean, went to drink coolers bought a hot diet Dr.Pepper and left....New management, same store....check back in a few weeks see if anything has changed.

Nothing changed....4/9/23. Shelf still missing items, cash register broken, shoppers complaining....
Don't understand Dollar General at all ...they want the cashier to also be the stocker so she's running back and forth like a crazy person...soon as she goes to stock someone needs to check out ...so shelves don't get stocked. ..
Seems to me this kind of management is losing money....

How lucky was I? I got these boxes I had been admiring for 70% off of the already discounted price! And the cool Alabama shirt was a steal, ( I'm a Auburn fan!) Thanks DG! And I love the dggo app, the scanner is great!

Love this store and no matter what seems to be going on the General Manager, I believe Emily, always has a smile and is so sweet and helpful! Every time I go in shes usually busy working hard to get stuff done. She seems so young to be such a level headed and dedicated Manager!

I go here to the New Castle store because it's less than a mile from my home. The only problem I have had there is their check out lines have to be literally wrapping down aisles before they ever call someone else up front to open another register. Otherwise, its a good location for any everyday items you may need especially last minute items.

The employees weren't wearing masks, they weren't cleaning the buggys even though they were bringing them in from outside and putting them in the "clean" section, the only thing they had going for them was they were polite. The cashier I had was coughing her head off though. The store wasn't stocked well at all, this is an almost brand new store and it is gaining on the quality of the other stores quickly.

What a colossal mess. Just driving into the parking lot was awful. There is literally trash EVERYWHERE! I'm a believer in DG but this was the worst location I have been to. The staff was friendly enough but even the inside was a disorganized train wreck. Shelves were not stocked at 11 AM on a Saturday morning....but seriously I can't get past the nastiness of the parking lot! Oh and when we drove up to park..three associates were standing outside.2 were smoking and 1 was just standing around...and there was a customer inside the store!!.

Very messy from time to time especially when they are putting product on the shelves. Stuff gets scattered everywhere. I'm not nitpicking at all. I myself have to stock different stores so I know it can't always be perfect. Anyway just get in and get out. It's not all bad. Staff is very helpful. So that's a plus.
