This spot is absolutely beautiful.

It's an awesome spot to take pictures, yet a little difficult to get into if the traffic is thick. Pace yourself while driving. Parking seems to be abundant. I believe it's a great place for any job above 9.

A great place to stop if you have a few minutes when driving south out of Anchorage. Nice views of the inlet and mountains. Lots of birds too and nice place for a picnic.

A great stop along the Turnagain Arm; large parking area, bathrooms, picnic tables and a very nice interpretive path with beautiful views! You can access it regardless of the direction you are traveling, look for ‘Bird Point’ signs and be careful crossing traffic.

There is also a ‘Bird Point to Girdwood’ path that begins here. There is a small parking fee, but worth paying to support Alaska’s continued development of its parks, trails and viewing locations!!

Great place to stop for a beautiful view! Quite convenient, as it is right on the side of the highway. We were able to stop here when traveling from Anchorage to Whittier. Would definitely recommend taking the extra five minutes to get some breathtaking pictures!

Lovely spot to stop and enjoy the view. Restrooms, plenty of parking, beluga whales watching, and bore tides. They have cute life-sized beluga statues along part of the walkway. If you're on a bike, there are bike tools available here to do minor repairs.

Beautiful! Near anchorage, but far enough that you are away from the city. Amazing views.
