They are terrible. They have their fax number listed on their web site and on the announcement when you call. So I gave a client their fax number so I could pick up an important document. I had to drive far to pick up the document but when I got their they told me they do not offer incoming fax service anymore... I asked why do the give the fax number over the phone and website and they said they are not going to take it off... so don't fax anything to them... I wonder how many show up looking for their fax like I did... They don't care... don't offer the fax number especially over the phone if you don't offer the service... I am not happy

I enjoyed going to this location. It's not busy, and the interior of the store was also well-stocked with other household items such as napkins and cleaning supplies and also shampoos, etc. It made it into a one-stop shop. I was able to grab what I needed.
My favorite part was the customer service here. They don't hound you as you walk around. The cashier was super friendly and welcoming, and he even helped me get a discount. Amazing!

Staff in the print department were patient, knowledgeable and professional. They offered many choices available to assist me in making decisions. The print design and finished product were exactly what I wanted.

Awful horrible customer service in printing department. I asked lady to print a label for me. She said no that I had to do it. I said I didn’t know how. She reluctantly looked at the usps label and said email it to OfficeMax printer. I said I don’t know how. She said hi over there to the copy machines and read instructions. A customer was over there helping another customer. When that customer was finished I looked at copier copier and tried to figure out how I was going to print this usps label. Finally the same kind customer tried to help me. Then finally the unfriendly employee came over and I said this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. She said well I can’t help you if you are going to be upset. So I said I’m leaving. Terrible awful customer service in printing section

I bought 2 desks. They asked if I wanted a warranty on the product so I got one.

Moved before opening the box and my house flooded, and the desk needed replacement. The warranty does not cover replacement units or refunds. They will only replace certain parts. So I was sold a package for 25% the cost of the item that I doubt would allow you to replace 25% of the unit.

Don't buy the warranty, it's garbage.

Went in to print some invitations and asked for help and had a very lady kind of help. Her name was zeva she just looked very annoyed that I asked for help and was short with me. I was trying to print invitations and was help by a man named Yang who was amazing. He was very kind and patient with me and the other people trying to use the printer. There was an older women who also said the girl named zeva was very rude. If it wasn’t for Yang I would have avoid the store because of zeva’s attitude problem. Also then I went to pay the cashier named Karen was very kind and was very welcoming.

Can you do negative stars? If you ever need a notary stamp DO NOT come here for it!!!! They put on a shelf for anyone to to take ….ask me how I know…. How can a company be so careless…….

Always great customer service!******new experience ****Once again I am wowed by the kindness and personality the employees show in this store! I was checking out and the store employee assisting me was sincerely interested in my reason for needing flash cards and I told her I was studying for a state licensing exam and was nervous. After we were done checking out she called out to me as I was walking out the door “You got this, I know you can do it”. I took that test which is one of the hardest and I passed. She deserves recognition but I don’t remember her name and feel so bad! Thank you awesome human being for your words of encouragement!
