This review is long overdue, I've been coming here since 2019 and I've always had an amazing time. The food is just as lovely as all the people there. The sushi has been fresh and the best fish I've had in arizona.

I do get more than just sushi, everything I've had off the menu has been amazing and I am still trying new things.
they always take care in providing food allergy information which is greatly appreciated:)

I didnt expect much from a place without a sign, especially one next to a laundromat. But this place is really good, very large Japanese drink & food menus. The server was very nice and the music choice is golden. The only thing I would recommend/ criticize is they could use a few more decorations along their walls, as they're mostly empty. And most importantly a SIGN! I've lived here all my life and this place has existed for four? years and I've only just now found them.

I hope they are around for a long time to come!

We came here tonight and had a small wait but definitely worth it! The service is Wonderful and the food is amazing. They are very friendly and helpful and kind. We had ramen and sushi and all were very flavorful and fresh. Our new favorite spot

Sat patiently waiting for over 30 min. First spot came avaliable and I took it. Dude walks up to me rude as can be saying what are you doing. He said there were a bunch of people waiting for a table and I was there before all of them. I don't even know why I keep comming back. Stay clear.

Update. The asian dude is the confused one. A lady asked for chili paste amd he questioned why for what. Smh. He has horrible customer service and is confused every time I'm here. Lol

Been here 6 times. Seems like they have some kind of confusion weird how small it is and there is 3 servers. Some of the food is a solid 10 but don't get aby sushi. It's just not worth it. They are less then half the size of any place I've ever been. It wasn't busy and I had to ask to put in an order after they helped 3 people that walked in put in an order. Also after i.put in an order I was asked by another server if I was ready to put in an order hahahaha. Deff confusion with the servers. I'll be back but they deff need to work on communication and make their sushi rolls at least normal size. Like who makes tiny rolls lol. The rolls look bug in pics but I'm telling you they are the size of a hot dog.

This place is so wonderful! While the atmosphere is basic, the food and service is perfect. Best sushi I’ve ever eaten. Highly highly recommended. We ate a lot and had appetizers and desserts so pricing was higher than typical. A bit hard to find due to no sign out front.

Been going here for over 3 years almost 4, and always friendly, consistent and tastes like authentic Japanese food. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Veggie curry, chicken katsu curry, and gyoza are my regular orders. They also have scallion pancakes, tempura, sushi, etc. Their hours are in the evening. It is family ran, say hello or Kon’nichiwa to Rio up front, he is super helpful and such a kind soul and always greets you going in/out

What a gem in Apache Junction! Food was phenomenal and the service was great too.

Only downside is that there is no big sign on the building letting you know their location in the shopping plaza, but it's not too hard to find. Tables and chairs are somewhat limited but there is a bar you can sit at.

Definitely will be coming back here when I'm down this way again!

Me and wife like to travel to Tokyo, and can confirm this is authentic and excellent food. We have been here at 4 times now and everything we have ordered has been exceptional. It is a smaller sized restaurant but the other reviewer is wrong, there are 4 tables and a bar you can sit at. The staff is very kind and I highly recommend trying this place.
