Even though it was 1:30 pm the cars were four deep when I arrived to pick up my online order. Still have to wait. Be nice to have a separate pick up window for app orders. The app works great and unlike other restaurants,is easy to use. Never had a problem with our orders. Keep up the good work !

Hopefully the owner knows they close before they're supposed to. Had daughter ordering via the app at 10:40pm on our way to the restaurant. Luckily, I saw the location a moment later and quickly told her to stop. Sign lights off as we pulled in but restaurant still lit as well as drive-thru menus. So glad I stopped my daughter as she was in the checkout screen and would have been a nightmare trying to get money back through the app. Don't eat here often as the customer service at this location is horrible and tonight confirmed that I need to drive five minutes more to the one by the freeway.

I came here around 7:55 and by far this is one of the most rude employees I have encountered. I came in for two family deals and they said they were able to do it but was so rude about it and made it seem like my order was somehow a burden for them. When other customers were called up we overheard them say sorry for the wait we have these family bundles, over all really rude and I recommend you go somewhere else

Ridiculously long wait. Ordered in drive thru and cashier had her back towards me for well over 5mins, didn’t even acknowledge me so I rolled up my window and waited since I had the A/C on. Pathetic that this location has absolutely no customer service skills and old people working there that should know better. Plenty of people out there that can replace you and they should all be fired at this location they desperately need new management that actually knows how to manage a fast food joint ????you people are pathetic and I’ll never spend another dime at Burger King again. I’ll just stick to Carls Jr where They have better prices and far quicker service

Will never go here again!!!! Ordered a whopper combo and they failed to inform they “ran out of buns” so they low balled me and gave me the disgusting bun they use for the chicken sandwiches by cutting it in half so now weight wise your actually paying more and getting less! This has continued to be an issue with this location they lie to you and aren’t forth coming on what your paying for, they continuously forget items that you ordered and pay for from my last complaints, it’s a mess they seriously need new management and re educated in customer service, had I known they were out of buns I wouldn’t have ordered anything but they lied and forced me to pay anyway! Joseph was the cashier stoned out of his gore doesn’t know what planet he’s on and the drive thru lady along with the shift supervisor also doesn’t know what planet we’re on and time we are living either pathetic! Your job is not difficult at all! Please be honest with your customers and stop stealing their money and giving them false advertising, I should have to come back to get the correct order, I’ll never spend a dime with Burger King again!

I ordered 2 whopper junior with cheese meals to go. Had repeated myself like 5 times on the to go. , the kid that waited on me rang in 2 whopper Jr with cheese no pickles and a Jr whopper. When I looked at my receipt I noticed he didn't ring in meals. I brought it to the rude employees attention so he preceeded to ring in 2 small drinks and 2 small fries for another $12.87. Bringing my total for 2 Jr whoppers meals with cheese $26.00. Maybe your employees need to listen to what the customers are saying. I asked for a refund. The manager came up and gave me a refund didn't even ask what the issue was. These are the people wanting $18.00 hr lol. I m done with burger King. Now I know why no one goes there.

I was once a huge fan of the whooper. Swung in and ordered 2 to go. Not sauce or otherwise. Tiny piece of lettuce one slice of pickle. Stale bread. 5.99 per....never again. Sucked...

"Manager?" Was snippy with her coworkers, pretty much slammed down several of the bags of our food on the counter calling out order numbers... she could benefit from some training on how to work with people and how not to behave in front of customers.
