Attention deli! You guys should be like the other frys take down multiple orders then have the people come back. Common sense. People don't have to be standing waiting for 10 to 20 min they can shop and come back.

You expect frys to have everything stock up. No lipton tea mix. Also, when did I start employment, don't like the self check out lines complete waste of time.
Don't get me started on the digital coupons. What ever happened to clipping the damn thing. Now I have to upload it on my phone. Please, Corp American, stop saving money and provide that time back to you take care of your customers. Whatever happened to customers always right.

The store is clean and fairly well stocked.
The pricing is ridiculous.
I have been a VIP customer for about 30 years. I do not like the misleading pricing for digital coupons posted on the product. It appears as if VIP would work.
If it's digital, the discount should automatically be applied via my VIP account without the extra work of hunting online.
I purchased 8 twelve packs of soda priced at 3.99 (with digital coupon).
They ended up being 8.99 each.
Really $5.00?
I asked the clerk to correct the price, I was referred to customer service.
Customer service did not apply the discount. So I returned all 8 packs of soda.
But not only that, I will no longer be shopping at any Kroger stores.
Safeway is just down the road as well as Walmart. There are plenty of alternatives.
When you figure out how to put some integrity on you pricing and services, I may consider a return.

The previous post is from a neighbor of mine. So it looks like you're beginning to irritate more than just me.

(AVOID THUS PHARMACY!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!)

I traveled 15 minutes to pick up prescriptions for a friend of mine who had serious abdominal surgery and was only released the day before. Not only had this pharmacy in Fry's not filled the prescriptions on the day of release, they didn't bother to fill the 6-7 prescriptions (save one) by 24 hours later the young pharmacist assistant was curt, unapologetic, and uncaring, saying the prescriptions would be ready in an hour. I asked if there was a problem with the drugs being in inventory, to which she replied no- they just hadn't bothered to fill them.

If you are new to the area, or contemplating filling your prescription at this Fry's Pharmacy, YOU WILL BE MUCH HAPPIER FILLING YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS ELSEWHERE!

Nice clean store, most employees are super nice. But Bob? What about Bob? 30 people standing line at customer service and Bob just walks passed like it's his birthday. Good job Manager Bob! Now, can someone please.come help this cashier?

The customer service in this store is hideous and I only gave one star because I had to. I purchased $900’s in grocery’s 3 weeks ago and was forced to bag all of it by myself. 3 cart fulls and on top of bagging by myself no one would help me push out the carts. Over the last 2 weeks I started using pickup because I don’t want to bags the items myself. I’ve had to wait 20 to 45 minutes for someone to bring out my groceries. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I will make the long drive into Mesa so that I don’t have to deal with this any longer. Management pay attention

Only 1 door open at 7:30 am. If there is an emergency there is no way out.
And the store is hot!
Whats with all the boxes blocking the aisles? And truly the fish counter has been stinking for years.
Forget Fry's.

All bit crowded in the winter, perfect in the summer, however I do wish they didn't really do much on thier self check outs...
