The food was as expected - a guilty pleasure. The service left a lot to be desired. It took a good 10+ minutes just to order at the drive through, then an additional wait. The exterior good use a bit of touching up.

I have always been a fan of Krystal wings. The deep fried spicy wings may not be something very fancy or upscale, however I find them a very addictive. I stopped by this location quickly to grab a meal of wings ( 6 counts). They were super hot as it was freshly fried, and tasted as usual. The service was a bit slow and the drive through way was not very good. I suggest the authority should put their attention in renovating the driveway, and improving the service time.

Absolutely disgusting. This place needs to be closed. Photos do not do this place justice, bathrooms were as/more disgusting than the dining room. I love Krystal burgers but would avoid this store

The worst!! We will never come back. The place is dirty..in disrepair...scary almost...the food was really bad...and I am really not a picky eater...but I couldn't finish it. The burger was just awful...the chili on the chili cheese dog was so very bad....I think it had been sitting in the warmer for weeks. We used to love this location on our way to Tenn. But...never again!!

Service slow, cashier took part of order, came back in a few minutes to take the rest. After waiting 30 minutes, I went up to ask for my food. My eat in was ready, but carry out was still being worked on. Duh! I could've been eating dine in. Chic sandwich was cold.

Restaurant wasn't too clean. Food was not good. The service was okay. They took forever to bring sub standard food in order to run outside to talk to someone parked in the car. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Would not recommend except recommend to avoid!

Apparently 5 cheese Krystal's doesn't qualify for the pick 5 deal. I want so much to not go to McDonalds. But it seems everywhere else just doesn't care about the customers. If Krystal as well as others would just put some effort into service they would do better than McD. That is why there always a line there and hardly ever here.
