Passing through, this location is saturated to access and remained closed 5 minutes after scheduled open. They then took awhile to clear the line of people that had congregated. Finally, I made it 5 minutes away before realizing they had given me the wrong order. The food is still addicting, but that was a rough start to the day.

The food was great spicy chicken biscuits is my Fave. The cashier wasn't very friendly but did take my order. It was quiet inside but 2 employees were speaking loudly about work stuff. No biggie. Bathroom was decent.

i recently went to this location and was not pleased at all.. ordered the cobb salad, no tomatoes. they only put lettuce and meat on my salad.. this is not the Chick fil A i know and love. please do better!

This was the best location I've ever experienced.
The staff was professional friendly and all smiles. The food was great chick-fl-A biscuits was fresh decent size chick's on the bread. Taters was hot and fresh. My coffee great too. Awesome!!! I will be back everytime Im in West Memphis.

I’ve stopped by this store in hot humid summer, cold freezing weather, and pouring down rain. I’ve seen this one gentleman working very hard. Carry out orders to the cars. Always very friendly, smiling, and very professional. Today I stopped by again and saw him carry out orders, and working behind the counter. I ask the young lady working the counter his name. Mark, I believe she said he work in Human Resources. Great job Mark!

Food is good, not the best sweet tea I've had at other Chick-fil-As, but it was okay. Where they are lacking is customer service. Unfortunately, you don't feel like they want to help you at all.

it is definitely not one of the better Chick-fil-A locations but it is still better than most fast food places
