First time here. No line when I came in. I was greeted. I ordered the steam pork dumplings and vermicelli bowl. You seat yourself. There was plenty tables open. Didn't have to wait long. My pork dumplings were really good. Good portion size. The bowl was good. It was plentiful. Overall good place and I'd come back.

Really good food and service. The veggie dumplings were tasty and I really enjoyed the lunch chicken bowl. The bigger bowl is the pork chop dinner size and it was very good as well. I recommend saving the dumpling sauce and putting it in the bowl if you like sauces in your bowls. Would definitely recommend!

I love trying new foods & this place was amazing! Had a girls' night out, perfect place for it. Shared the brussel sprouts, pork dumplings & loaded pork belly fries. Drinks from the bar were so refreshing .Fast, friendly staff.

Visiting NWA from Dallas for two weeks and wanted to have some Vietnamese food. There aren’t many options around here so we didn’t have high hopes for authentic, well seasoned Viet food. But this place is delicious, highly recommended. This place is hands down better than a lot of places we’ve been to in DFW area.

Food: I really like how they gave our Vietnamese food a twist, adapting to a new culture but still maintaining the true traditional flavors. We got the Deluxe Pho (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) and the Fries (TO DIE FOR). Can’t wait to come back to try the Bun Bo Hue and other options.

Customer Service: The staff is nice, they’re quick to clean tables, so you never have any trouble finding a place to sit. I believe we saw the owners and the son seems very chilled, and his mother is very friendly and kind.

Atmosphere is great, it seems to attract a lot of folks, family friendly, great hangout spot for friends, and colleagues since they also have a bar.

Overall 10/10, we will be back!

Found a Jem, Its a Vietnamese cuisine & Guess what it tasted amazing????. We ordered Saiwok fried rice bowl and saiwok spring mix bowl. The food was flavourful. Didn’t expect in my first visit this is going to be on my favourites list. Loved it ????
Will definitely visit with my friends again.
I visited the place again today and tried Brussels sprouts but wasn’t that great, too much sauce.

The atmosphere of this place is very nice. It has darker lighting and the decor fits well. The food is very very good. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and full of flavor! I was very impressed by how everything tasted and how unique the flavor combinations were. Very happy with how good the food was!!

There aren't very many vegan options, but the dishes they do have on the menu taste great! We ordered the vegan pho and the buddha's steak bahn mi and both were so good! The broth is so much better than you would expect, definitely not just a basic veggie stock. It's got a great blend of savory and sweet. Veggies were cooked really well, the tofu in the bahn mi was seasoned very flavorfully, and their vegan mayo was really good! Saiwok definitely surpasses what you would normally expect to see from a non-vegan reataurant's vegan options!
