Yes, the store is updated and because of the proximity to the Walmart Home Office in neighboring Bentonville, they're definitely nicer and with some different features. My experience has been that the closer you are to Bentonville, the nicer your shopping will go. That held true here.

Clean, tidy, well stocked, organized. No carts in the parking lot corrals. The rest room was one of the nicest I've been to. They have a "Heath" department here (closed when I arrived at 8:30 pm) to see a medical professional.

This Walmart does tolerate overnight RV parking in their lot. I wasn't the only one here when I closed up and went to sleep at 9pm. I was not disturbed at all.

My phone wouldn’t work this morning so I called this Walmart store so I can get drug tests and I wanted to make sure they were in stock before I drive all the way to town (I live 30 min on the outer city limits of Rogers.) i dialed 0 for the store operator. I asked if they had any drug tests in stock and that I would have searched on the website but my phone safari wasn’t working right. She told me that she couldn’t look that information up and that I would have to call the pharmacy. As far as I know she could have easily searched what I was looking for and the pharmacy doesn’t search that kind of stuff Walmart sells drug tests on the shelf. Unless I get told otherwise then I believe “Lee” was just being lazy at her job and had a very bad attitude for customer service.

The phone call was at 8:12 am on 08/25/2023. And I was on the phone for maybe less than 5 minutes waiting on the pharmacy to pick up the phone, which they never did.

Who doesn't love Walmart?! This is Store #1. New location from its original.
We don't usually visit this one as it's out of our location but it had some items that we couldn't find elsewhere.
It took a bit to figure out where our things were but overall it was nice and clean. Kudos to the associates!

Visited Walmart store Roger branch it is one of the best Walmart supercenter near Bentonville area it has wide variety of all the items including groceries at mobile electronics pharmacy and several other items you can do the shopping in the entire its shopping area as it is very huge in size and you will get good response from the staff customer service is very good at this store You can get everything you want at the store
It is worth a visit store. They maintain some deals during some occasional days so I always ask staff if any deals are going on or any other specials special sale is going on at the store

Staff in hardware was very helpful. I almost got ran over by two young stockers attacking a employee with a stocking cart. Customers all around and this guy is brain dead. I hope no b ody got hurt. Cameras everyware

Security guard followed my family the entire hour we were in the store. When I asked him if everything was okay he refused to respond and stayed about 5-6 feet back and just continued to follow us.
It made my entire family feel extremely uncomfortable and we will be going to another Walmart from now on.

If you come here dont expect an employee to ever actually help you, I asked for a locked toothbrush case to be unlocked and was told someone was on their way, 20 minutes go by and nobody comes to unlock the case. So I call the customer service desk and once again ask for someone to be sent to unlock the case to be told oh we are sorry we will send someone right over another 20 minutes pass and still nobody shows up, until I asked a passing associate Alex who immediately opened it up for me. Guess the other associates really wanted to ensure they captured the walmart experience minus the one actually working employee. Thank you Alex.

Like most all other Walmart visits. Not sure if I will go back. My last 3 visits have been seriously underwhelming and I can never find anything. This time there was a terrible smell throughout the store. I will have to do some thinking before I go back.
