Fantastic Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the service was great. Our waitress was very attentive to our drinks and friendly. She even offered to make a Shirley Temple when I asked for Fanta which they didn't have.

I ordered the Pasta Sampler and really enjoyed it, though frankly it was hard to tell which item was which, but that's probably just me. The bread was also perfect. No complaints about Napoli's!

Arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon for lunch / dinner before a movie close by. Building is brand new and very nice. We visited once before and was not entirely impressed but this visit was much better. Waited briefly at the front to be seated then met our waitress. Nice individual. Took our order, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere is nice and really like the location but I would say it's very dim lighting and makes it extremely hard to read anything or see what your doing. Candles on the table or some direct focused light on the table is very much needed.

Food itself was absolutely delicious and couldn't possibly see going anywhere else for local Italian. Excellent job and good timing was great.

This was our first time eating here tonight and I wish I could give 10 star rating! Such a sweet hostess who let us hang out at the bar as we waited for our table and Michael & Olivia were an absolute delight to conversate with as they made us really good cocktails! Our waitress, Kiersten, was top-notch! She was one of THE best and made our experience so memorable. Our dishes had extraordinary flavor! We were SO impressed with the service, the drinks and especially our meals!!! So overjoyed we picked this place to celebrate my birthday! We can't wait to come back again! We highly recommend this place!

If you have ever read one of my reviews, you know if I don't like something or if the quality isn't where I THINK it should be, I will let you know. This was one of the best meals we have had since moving to NWA. Had become a little hesitant after reading some reviews, but it was our daughter's birthday, and it's what she wanted. There are a handful I l of places we really really like and this one is at the top of the list. Exceptional customer service. Our server Megan checked with us at very regular intervals (without being intrusive) to be sure we didn't have to ask for anything. Spot on customer service Megan! Thats how it is done! The bread, yes, you only get the first basket free, but ya know what, it was delicious. The oil dip was so flavorful! Would be worth a second serving if you just had to have bread. Big warm bread knots were very large, and with the size of the main course, we didn't need the extra bread. Fresh tasting lasagna was quite delicious. Different than our home sauce but very good. A tad sweet but not bad. I don't know if it was the basil or? Still great tasting. Husband had the Stromboli and the Canadian bacon and pepperoni were savory and well just yum! Daughter had the baked ziti and loved it. Our daughter chose to have the tiramisou for desert. Oh yeah it was her birthday and the desert was on the house for her. Super yummy!!!! We absolutely will go back soon er than later! Wonderful experience and night!

The semi formal atmosphere. You walk into a bar area that is perfect for after work drinks or a girls night out. On the other side of the wall you find seating in family style. Servers presenting in same uniform for a formal feel. We at the bar and had a great time talking to the tender. Food is very good, prices are competitive, and planning on a happy hour with friends and coworkers soon.

Hostess was great, we got seated as soon as we came in. Our server never gave his name, but he very seldomly came by our table, we had to grab his attention more than once. Maybe he was new to waiting ????u200d♀️ The food is meh. Nothing special, especially for the prices. The Marinera is so bland. The chicken in the Ceasars salad tasted boiled and rubbery. The margarita pizza, I could have made it better at home. The free bread was our favorite thing we ate that night. We came here to have a nice ladies night out, but we ended up leaving early and heading somewhere else to hang out. I have been to the old location a couple years ago and gave this place 4 stars, but it's gone downhill in service and quality. But the new restaurant looks great! We won't be back. Oh, I will say, the house margarita was good.

We really enjoyed our meal here, everyone got a different pasta dish and we all enjoyed them! The bread was amazing on its own and we will definitely be back.

Fabulous restaurant, beautifully put together, the attention to detail from the lighting to the silverware, amazing food, and service from all staff, very romantic and yet comfortable to eat by your self with a good drink and a good book! Love love this place!
