Best customer service!! I was in a rush to find a specific paper to finish printing a presentation for a big meeting at work. The clock was ticking with just an hour before the meeting, so I called to make sure they had what I needed in stock while driving to the store. Dan answered the phone and was so kind and patient. He talked me through the different options they had in store and offered to hold the one I chose at the front for me. When I arrived faster than expected, they had not had time to bring it to the front yet, so Dan personally walked me over to the paper section and handed me the one I picked. I showed him a photo of what I was trying to buy to verify it was the correct one, and he confidently assured me it was the best match I would find in the store. I quickly checked out with Angela who was also very friendly, and she informed me of the bonus rewards I received for shopping on a Thursday. I am so thankful for Dan helping me, so I could quickly get back to the office. We finished printing the presentation with 10 minutes to spare. My coworker commented on how nice the paper was and how it printed so well. I agree that the printouts look phenomenal. Great customer service and quality products!

I recently visited Office Depot to purchase some office supplies and I have to say that the customer service provided by associate Nate was outstanding. From the moment I entered the store, Nate greeted me with a smile and was extremely helpful throughout my entire shopping experience.

Not only did he help me find the products I was looking for, but he also provided me with valuable information on some new products that I was not aware of. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great shopping experience.

Nate's professionalism and expertise in customer service are a true testament to the high level of service that Office Depot provides. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of office supplies, and I especially recommend working with Nate if you want exceptional service. Thank you, Nate, for making my shopping experience so enjoyable!

Everyone was friendly and greeted me as I walked in the store. Kierra was very helpful, she answered all my questions while she was checking out my items. She also advised me about rewards, signed me up and explained the perks. I will diffently come back to this store.

Office Depot is always helpful and has wonderful customer service. It is nice that store managers and clerks discuss their products, options, and services. They are patient, kind, and helpful in ALL AREAS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. This kind of service is almost non-existent in many of our local retail chains and stores in Bentonville. I recently had a difficult time in submitting and online print order and understanding the costs involved, The print services manager Dan Henning and clerk, Tyler went out of their way to assist me in getting my book printed. When I have a choice, it will always be Home Depot because of their helpfulness, customer service, and knowledge of their products!

I was able to find the three items I wanted , no thanks to the overhead signage, I wondered the whole store before approaching the register where I was greeted, my cashier was very friendly and helpful, they jumped right on price matching the website when I mentioned the price difference.

Clean the floors please, it’s been several years since I have been in here due to bad service in the past, looks very run down.

The manager Dan over Copy & Print is great, he helped fix my order when it had been messed up 3 times but his assistant manager i didn’t catch her name was not great and was actually kind of rude when i had to go back in and have my order fixed for the third time, when she fixed it it was done rushed and kind of sloppy and she was complaining the whole time about how she had to fix it, but Dan was great and helped everything get fixed for the most part! If you can work with Dan i highly recommend it over his assistant manager.

The print order was not completed on time. The manager was rude, yelled at my 76 year old mother, refused to print the order and threaten to not reimburse the $18. I should have received a refund already but I have not. Will not be returning. I went to Staples to get the print done and they were very nice, helpful, was cheaper, and timely.

The best customer service experience:

I came in last minute at around 4 pm wanting to print 53 copies of my artworks for my professional portfolio at the self service station. The first print was completely messed up-but when I approached the main desk, Tyler, was incredibly intuitive to the problem and willing to help me print all 53 copies right away. They took the time to help me send all 10 emails it took to send all 53 copies and made sure every individual photo printed correctly with complete ease and patience for me and my questions and requests.

I thanked them a million times over and over way too much, and I felt most inclined to place a review highlighting Tyler’s amazing customer service and ability to help me complete my prints out for my portfolio. I’m over the moon! Thank you again, Tyler! You made a local artist very happy and confident again in her work. ✨
