The food was better than usual. We used our free dessert coupon and got the fudge filled chocolate chip cookies. We really enjoyed the cookies. They were soft and chewy. The cookies were cold on the outside and the fudge in the middle was warm. It was a nice cold/warm treat.
While tasting good, the garlic fries were sloppy, it looked like someone spit the garlic into one spot rather than sprinkle on the fries. I really liked my fish. I would give 4 stars if the service was better.
I think this Red Robin needs to switch to a better system. Our waitress took our order, she was friendly and polite. But had another staff member bring us our drinks. And another staff member bring out our food. The waitress didn't really do much. She took our order. Inputted it into her tablet. We needed drink refills, it took a while, too long before she noticed. While our glasses were obviously empty she asks if we need refills. She typed in her tablet for drink refills so another staff member brought our refills. The same for a cup of dipping sauce and for more fries, typed into her tablet for another staff member to bring it. What was really annoying was when we asked for the to go boxes another staff member brought them. The boxes were so small we would have had to break the cookies into 3 pieces for it to fit. We needed 3 full size to go boxes but because of their multi staffed system they brought insufficient sized containers. When I have 4 or 5 different staff members wait on me, who does my tip go to anyways?!?

Our family loves to go to Red Robin. The kid’s menu is good. The rewards program saves us a little $&. Their salads are great. They have good burgers and bottomless fries. What’s not to like? Plus, on your birthday you get a free burger and a celebratory sundae.

They changed their menu. They no longer have burning in love burger.
The tab on the table is very annoying. It doesn't say the cost for the games and we get charged even with a touch..

Desserts are good.

There are lots of great burgers to try here as well as build your own. If you don't find one that sounds good you can build your own. While it comes with endless fries the burgers are so big you don't really need this option. Because of the size of the burgers and the endless fries expect to pay a little more than most places. Service was a little show and could have been faster to check on us given it was slow but friendly atmosphere.

First time eating at Red Robin. The burgers we had were great. I can't say that about the service. Waited 20 minutes for a table thinking that the restaurant was full but when we were taken to our table the restaurant is about half full. Many tables needed cleaned. Our waitress was very nice, took our order, brought our drinks. While bringing our food it was dropped before getting to the table. One plate was saved and brought to us. We had ordered an order of mozzarella sticks but had to remind the server so we got those after we finally received out burgers. After receiving our food our original server final came by to ask if we needed a refill. Once we paid the check we were charged twice for the cheese sticks. This issue was taken care by another server. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common practice of other servers doing what the assigned server should be doing. Was never ask if we wanted more fries or onion rings. Other tables were being brought refills. Watched the bartender take lemons by hand to add to drinks and then wipe her hands on her pants. Not too sanitary. I was excited to eat for the first time just hope if I eat again at a Red Robin that I have better experience. I do applaud the cooks for the great burgers we had.

First, our waitress was great and we got our food in a timely manner. With that said, I had a hard time getting over the "urinal smell" that was permeating throughout the restaurant. The floors are in need of a deep clean and better daily cleaning.

Definitely one of my favorite places to get a burger. Not only are their burgers fantastic all the way around, but their bottomless fries are so good. The other drinks and appetizers are good too, although I was disappointed with the proportion size of the fried pickles. Staff are very friendly here too.

I normally get the bacon burger with everything on it and it's great. The bottomless orange cream soda is also a great drink if you want a change of pace for soda.
