I stopped in this Wendy’s today. I went to the ladies room first only to realize this store was very gross and unclean. Therefore I left. The restroom smelled horrible and there was trash all over the floor. There were no paper towels. The trash can was sitting out of its correct spot with no bag in it. The restaurant hadn’t even taken the chairs off the tables even tho the dining room was open. Don’t go here! Not for food! Not for a bathroom break!

Weird stuff in ladies bathroom. Dirty place, rude. Wanted dine in but after we got our food they closed the dining area. No napkins available either.

Went in.. I wanted some fries and nuggets... However, I went to the bathroom and there was no soap (The bathroom was very nasty as well). After using it, I asked the employees for soap and they said they had no soap at all...... huh So, you mean to tell me that you all are cooking people's food, going to the bathroom during your shift and not washing your hands????? Um no thank you... Keep the fries, keep the nuggets... Health HAZARD...

Stopped off the highway for a quick snack on a Thursday afternoon about 4pm. The drive through was packed, dining room closed, they were out of large cups for Frostys so I just ordered two smalls instead. 35 minutes later I'm still in line because I was so looking forward to a Frosty. This man has an issue with the order he previously received and walked up to the drive through window just ahead of me. They would not let him in the building, and seemed to be confused about the order situation. 10 more minutes passed and now I could care less about a Frosty or any establishment in the town of Marion by this point. 45 minutes in the drive through only to drive away frustrated. Seriously! How hard can it be?

Doors were locked when we attempted to enter restaurant. It was opened by another patron. There was no chili. It took 20 minutes to receive our food. ( there were 4 in our party)
We were seated near a door and one of our party was helping patrons get into to restaurant. A staff member sharply asked her to NOT let patrons in. Why were there no signs on door if they were unable to handle dine in ? The soda machine was not working- there were no condiments without asking at counter.
Patrons were asked to leave .

This was probably the worst managed fast food place I've ever been in my life. The guy that was on the register was not taking any orders until the previous order was completed and distrbuted, which lead to a long line of people who haven't even given their order. The place was not even busy with people eating, just a long line of people waiting to give their order. They had a full staff in the back, so it wasn't a short-handedness issue. They gave us hot drinks with no ice. The bathrooms were filthy and did not have any paper towels. I'm not sure what happened, but with a store full of people, a manager(presumably) started yelling at an employee behind the counter... Not a good look or management style. The food was ok-ish, but the whole packaged deal made the experience 0 to 1 star.

New store in horn lake looks good, but not managed well. Out of ketchup in dispenser, also not enough carbonation in drink dispensary. Server had metal all over face, does not help making food appetizing.

This place was pretty run down. Trashes were overflowing bathrooms were gross floors were wet and employees just acted like they didn't care. Hopefully for management will come through and help them get up to par
