Was driving through the area to find something quick and filling to eat at 9:52 pm Sunday. I ordered my meal like normal and had to wait 5 minutes for it. I finally got it and I left, as I was eating on the road I noticed the sandwich isn’t fully cooked at all.

Update: It is not wise for the MOD to leave a staff member to handle the drive-thru and not know how to ring a special order for the 2 for $7. I was overcharged for my food. This location has gone down. Please retrain your staff on the register.
I tried the new Waygu steakhouse burgers. I must say that I was impressed with how seasoned and the amount of toppings on the burgers. The deluxe burger was better than the bacon ranch burger. The ranch burger sauce was too rich. The deluxe had a good thousand island sauce on it. I didn't understand why they were 2 different prices. Overall, I would purchase the deluxe burger again. Try the bacon ranch at your own risk!

Arby's in Marion Arkansas is horrible! We started to place our order only to find out they were out of ice and sweet tea! I ordered a simple order. Two roast beef sandwiches. Got back on the road and found two beef and cheddars instead! We were NOT happy!

I have never, ever, had worse food at an Arby's before.

The roast beef was overcooked and dry, almost jerky, had no flavor left and was just a million little flakes, not slices like usual. Also served at a dangerously low temperature, almost room temp.

The buns were probably good, about 2 weeks ago... So stale they were self-tosting.

If I don't have explosive diarrhea from this visit I be impressed.

The staff were friendly and quick though. Just horrible food.

Only giving one star because I cannot give zero and leave a review. 45 minutes before closing they have a line out the parking lot and lock the doors; refuse to answer the drive thru window. When I knocked on the window dude said he wasn't on the clock so he didn't know what to tell me about why they wasn't taking order. Which was AFTER arguing over the closing time that is posted on the door, he kept saying they're closed so I pointed to the times of operation posted on the window and he looked completely dumbfounded. He did offer the manager but said she told him since they're short staffed she decided to close early and my boyfriend hates me being a Karen when it will do absolutely no good.

Sure looked like lazy employees riding the clock til closing time to me.

Don’t you come at me either!!! I respect the workers and appreciate the ones that are actually working!

The food was good, clean environment and the staff was very friendly. Every time someone walked in the door, every staff member said welcome to Arby's and as we left we told to have a good day. ????

Service was nice enough, however the food was awful. Meat was super dry, in very large chunks, and didn't taste like Arby's signature beef at all.
