Worst business in this city. They should close this place and put a descent restaurant there. I ordered door dash from there and after 2 deliveries they still are missing half the order. And all the orders of fries are less than half full. What a joke.

Me and my family stopped here on our way home from a long trip. It took forever for an employee to even acknowledge us at the counter to order our food. There were several employees around the counter area and in the back hall area. After our order was taken and they handed us our food, they didn't put some of our food in the bag and in the kids meal the chicken nuggets were thrown inside instead of in the little box. My husband went and told a lady what we were missing and she took our receipt and never returned it. She said she would get it taken care of, yet we sat there forever and ate most of our fries before my husband decided to ask her about it. She then handed him a bag that had been sitting behind the counter for at least 10 to 15 minutes while we were sitting right in front waiting on it. They never once said here's your food sir, or anything. Worst service I've ever experienced at any McDonald's. Plus they made my burger wrong. The only good thing was the fries were hot, but even then they were extremely salty and greasy. Unless you are just starving to death, I would highly recommend going elsewhere ????

I was only able to order with the kiosk. I didn't mind this but when I paid it didn't give me a number. I had to then wait for the counter to see if they would fix it, at which point they said I hadn't paid. I then had to wait 20+ minutes for food just to get in the car and see they had gotten my order 100% wrong or gave me someone else's order. The food itself was fine but this service doesn't work and is a pain for large families

it's about the same as it was before. lol fast food is fast food. the staff was helpful and awesome. i didn't do the mobile order thing, but they took my order and didn't ignore me like some McDonald's staffs do these days.

ordered a mcchicken and a frappe, paid for my order, just to find out they didn’t have frappes. They did give me a refund for the frappe and they quickly gave me my sandwich. customer service wasn’t too bad. The bathrooms could be better.

This place is not open 24 hours even though it says so online. This place shutters down and closes the drive thru at night also. It says open but it isn't 24 hours. See posted hours on the doors. Drive thru is also closed at night

The food was what you would expect from McDonald's. The men's restroom was dirty, with a clogged sink with an empty liquor bottle floating in it. The service was okay. Some staff were polite, but others were rude. Got an incorrect drink. Overall, just a meh kind of experience.
