Had it doordashed and they forgot to include my sauce. Probably would have been better with a sauce so they only get 3stars and they skimped on the fries.

First time here. The restaurant is extremely dirty. Entire drink spilled in lobby and not mopped up the whole time we are here. Garbage can overflowing. BBQ had lots on inedible gristle or something in it. See pictures.

I eat a lot of Bar BQ traveling across the south. The bar bq here is really good but I have had better. Still going to give it 5 stars for great customer service, clean facility, and pretty good food.

First time trying Tops. We were coming through town in the ambulance, and decided to have something different. I'm pretty picky on BBQ and typically need to be in the mood for it. We had a good visit. I got the jumbo brisket sandwich with baked beans and potato salad. I can't speak for others issues, but my food come out hot and very good. The staff was very friendly. Was excited to see a kool-aid dispenser!

Great spot for BBQ in and right outside of Memphis. I meant to take a picture, but I ate my sandwich so quickly! Memphis is known for its pork, so you should do yourself a favor and skip out on the beef. It’s such a delicious time, but honestly anything you get here will be tops. See what I did there? Ha. Go enjoy yourself! If you like barbecue, Tops will not disappoint.

As persons traveling through this area, we were excited to stop and get some BBQ from a restaurant we had heard well of on tv before. This location had very friendly staff, however that’s where the compliments end. We paid $40 for food that we ended up mostly throwing all of it away. The food quality was poor, did not look or smell good, was not priced appropriately for the amount of food given, and we were very disappointed we had this experience. I know this area can represent their best food better than this…

I stop here every time I'm traveling on I-55 .You can see it on the service road from the interstate . Breakfast , lunch, or dinner . Usually, I buy a pound or two to go . It's a very good chopped pork shoulder ,done right ?

Cheeseburger was raw. Fries tasted like they had been cold then they refried them. Usually the food here is ok. But here lately it’s gotten worse. Sunday 6-25-23. Will be looking for a new place to eat at.
