This job and the local people gave me all the incentive to leave the company and area. Punk money offered by a punk company run by punk supervisors. My fellow workers were unfriendly and distant. But I did erase thousands of dollars off people's bills in 2012 Hurricane Sandy. AT&T lost alot of money because of me. Kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

If I could give them a zero I would. Please do not work for this company. They have no compassion for their workers. Sonya the manager is very unprofessional as well as her boss Ashley they lie to stick together. They quick to fire and hire. Can never keep workers because they are rude and wont pay if you have system issues thats the company fault.. If you have to go on leave and try to return they will lock you out no pay. They discriminate against people with disabilities. It's so much shady things this company does to their employees please find somewhere else.

Never any raises given the pto payout is a joke only about $100 difference on your check for 5 pto days every three months. I had changed bosses 4 times within the year I worked for this company. I have developed blood pressure issues due to the amount of stress this company has put on me. When having tech issues they expect you to report to your supervisor, calm the call out line and stay there until someone answers which rarely every happens then call tech and then the call out line again and report it to your supervisor. If your equipment breaks or you are logged out of the program you are not paid. And this could take weeks to get equipment fixed or new equipment sent to you. You get told you will be put on special assignments with new bosses each time with no notice at all and you don’t know if your taking calls, doing emails, sme work, or making outbound calls. Then when I quit I was offered seasonal job to fit the schedule I had been asking for for 4 months with promises that it was submitted but never was. Then if you need off they promise you it’s submitted but it never shows on wfo a program you have to go by and they expect you to be able to use pto but never gets approved until the day of and you will have to look on the computer and wait to log in to see it. This job is pathetic! Don’t waste your time people!

By far one of the worst places to work at, the managers and above are completely incompetent. They'd rather bully the employee into working ridiculous hours because of the flock of people leaving during initial training. Their systems are a complete mess. The workers were threatened with no pay if THEIR workstations were not operational which falls on the company's end. They do not care for their employees or their time.

Multiple schedule changes during the week with no notifications and then the leadership likes to blame the employee for the employers lack of organization.

Avoid this company at all costs even if you are desperate for a remote from home job.

They will exploit you and have you working 40 hours over 6 days.

The most pathetic company I ever worked for remotely! Management is terribly disorganized & doesn't seem to care about their employees - especially when it comes to pay rate. So please don't EVER think about seeking job opportunities there! This place deserves a rate lower than a zero ????

I don't know if I can rate this workplace low enough. AT&T is a heartless company that doesn't care about anything other than profits, and that shows in this workplace. You're constantly expected to sell things regardless of how bad the customer's circumstances. And on top of that, management constantly manipulates people with the possibility of incentives that never actually show up on your check regardless of how well you sell. And on top of all that, the managers are almost never present on the floor, which makes it almost impossible to resolve things for the more recalcitrant customers. TL;DR the staff is incompetent/malevolent, AT&T doesn't care about anything other than squeezing money out of you, and this place doesn't even work as a short-term job to build up your savings. I wish there was a rating lower than one star so I could give it.

Everyone made me feel like I was a part of the Sykes Family when I was there. When I needed help with anything no matter how big or small, someone was always there to help. And they cared about what my goals in life were, and was there to help me succeed. Not trying to play favorites or anything but my trainer was the best I could've ever asked for. Trevor Rattcliff, always took the time to see that we were all on the same page in class, no-one was ever left behind or ever left not sure of what was the proper way to handle whatever situation may arise. And for that I say, Thank You for doing a great job of showing us what a trainer is supposed to be.

If you want inconsistent pay be my guest. Additionally in the 2 years I worked there I saw them push more and more and more responsibilities on to its employees. All the while reducing benefits drastically. The health insurance is a absolute joke and you locked intout paying it before you realize it doesn't cover anything! If you want to feel like an expendable commodity go ahead. If not I would keep looking for abother job.
