Driving thru w/the family from a road trip..wanted something quick to eat. The two employees preparing our food were very kind & quick. No issues w/the sandwiches..very happy customers. If we happen to come thru in the future..we will def stop by!

I just bought a sandwich here on this memorial day. It's the first time the sandwich makers were extremely rude. They laughed in our faces while making our sandwiches, snickering in fact. The sandwich was sloppily made. I asked for certain vegetables and there were hardly any on there. I asked for oil, there was none. In fact I was afraid to say anything for the threat I felt of what they would do to my meal. My family and I have been coming here since we moved here last December and it's most likely the last time. I will probably call your corporate office to describe the nasty girls who treated us so rudely.

This is the second time I have ordered, and been called to tell me they were out of meatballs at six in the evening! My brother and boyfriend both worked for Subway in Benton and NEVER ran out! They also added a salad and forgot our drinks and chips! My husband has gone back to retrieve those items. But for $60 plus I certainly expect better, even from the little teenagers you are employing. I was a Mom by 15. They can do better!

Have always loved Subway. Me an my son ate there on Saturday. Ordered 2 ft. Long Phillys about 6pm an was at the ER by 1am. Food poisoning. I tried to simply call them so they would be aware an prevent any further cases,they stated they had no manager on duty an didn't know when one would be available.

Ordered 3 Footlongs on 3 different breads from the app. They sure messed up my order by putting the wrong stuff on two different sandwiches.

Im not sure whats happened to this store but im appalled at what ive been witnessing the past month or so. Ive seen employees (management i assume) shake a wrap and a flatbread in another employees face with a line full of customers to "show" them the difference between the two and today i watched one man run both ends of the line while another just ran the register and the one that was doing meats got rudely told to stop serving the customer he working on and make an online order /now/.

Terrible business practice and management and i wont be visiting the malvern location again.

Ordered online showed up a few minutes after my food was said to be done and ready to pick up. They hadn't even started on it yet. Then they got one of my sandwiches completely wrong. Look if it's ordered online your supposed to make it for the person and have it waiting but I guess that's too much for these so called sandwich artists to understand. It's called your job just do it the way your supposed to. I will not be eating here anymore.

The ladies making our sandwich were very busy with online orders but we're still very friendly and made our sandwich perfect!
