We stopped on our way home. So glad we did. The service was great. Our server John helped us out so much and he made it a great experience.

I had just gotten kicked out and I didn't have a car, but instead of refusing me service (bc the lobby was closed) he let me come throught the drive through and order. They young man was very sweet and helped so much. I can't wait to eat here again

Had some really great food at such a great price, fast and friendly service! Ty Malvern Arkansas!! Definitely will be back when we come back thru this way!! Also thank you for not dismissing my 'Service Dog Jac' I think he thought he was a celeb there lol.

Food was good, service was excellent, but there was a roach crawling on the floor under the table.

The inside was dirty there was old food on the walls the floors were black and it was only 12pm? Thw wait was 20 mins, they said they were waiting on my chicken sandwich, so i thought it would be hot and fresh, nope my chicken sandwich was maybe luke warm? Very disappointed.

If you want Good 'Burger King' in Malvern, come here, but if you want great Employee Service, kind, friendly n nice then Definitely come Here. I come Every single day Just because the employees are so awesome! If the big wigs at Burger King gives out awards or bonuses for their restaurants, then they don't need to overlook this place. It truly is the best yall got ???????????????? and that just don't go for management it's the employees also y'all really need to step up Burger King and do something great for this business

I doordash and this was the WORST experience I've had so far. Usually,in other places, the order is ready by the time I arrive. I go inside to avoid drive thru lines. There isn't a online order pickup place so I still had to wait in line behind everyone else. By the time I made it to tell them I was there to pickup and order I'd waited 10 minutes. Then she looks and says it's not ready yet. Ok cool. She tells NO ONE I'm there. Wait another 10 minutes. Still nothing. There's one person in the whole kitchen wearing gloves and a hairnet. I didn't see a single soul wash their hands. The drive thru guy picks up a ticket and says anyone been here to claim this yet and I say is it doordash? Cuz yea it's me I been here 20 minutes already. He hollers at the back let's get on this. STILL hadn't started the order. I wait another 10-15 minutes before finally receiving my order. I don't recommend anyone ever eating there. I certainly wouldn't ????

So slow. It does not matter what time I go to the drive thru at this store, the wait begins! Wait in line to get to the menu board. Wait at the menu board to. Pull ahead 1 or 2 turns of the wheels to wait to pay. Wait for the food. Remind them of missing items. But the food is hot when I get it. ????????u200d♀️????????u200d♀️
