This location is usually on point with food and customer service. Today was different for me. The meat that is used for Big Mac is the same meat for all the small sandwiches according to the manager. So why would anyone pay for a big Mac here ?! The quarter pounder meat was not a quarter pound. It was the meat that should be used for Big mac's....it's a. Scam to save on food cost. Shame to short the customer !!!!

Workers don't restock anything. No sweet tea no ketchup. Worker was complaining about having to come in to work. Calling me sweetie and baby um no thankyou I like my women with all there teeth typical malvern trash....

Tracie is such a sweetheart! She immediately made my family and I feel welcomed. Smiled! Made small talk! She said my 2 year old was the cutest baby she had ever seen. I thought that was very kind of her to say. After we had eaten she came over to our table and handed me a couple of dollars. She said "buy him a toy from me". She obviously did not have to do that. But I was so touched

When you look at the digital menu, the food looks Large, fresh and fluffy...but when you get the food, it's small and dry... worse than frozen microwave food.

Apparently McDonald's has no problems with false advertising. I'm going to guess they are not even capable of producing the quality looking good on their displays.

Huge disappointment!

Won't be back here.

Went to the restroom and one stall was destroyed. Employee came out of the other stall and asked if it was still bad in there. Replied eww and then left without washing her hands, talking about how terrible she felt. Went to order and watched employee wearing plastic gloves digging in her ear and wiping her nose as she touched the food. Just couldn’t.

My granddaughter only eats McDonald's I go here every day sometimes I get a break and get to go every other day. I've never had a problem with getting the nuggets but they don't know how to make a double cheeseburger with only mayonnaise. It's wrong every time I order it.

The food has really gone down hill so I don't eat McDonald's often. Also, I have recently learned not to eat inside as I don't want to listen to their teenage employees cussing and talk very loudly about getting high. That's not what I would call a family friendly place. I'm glad I didn't have any kids with me.

The restaurant was very clean, service very fast and person interaction at the front end was quick and to the point. People working in the back you could see cooking and filling orders at the front and for the drive up window.

I will revisit this location in Malvern AR again for a quick meal.
