Didn't call to notify of equipment delivery cancelation. Wasted time.

Sales rep initially responded promptly advising the lift he recommended for the project and providing a quote for the rental. Lift was delivered on time and picked up immediately upon completion of project. Lifts operated well.

We worked with Dan the past couple of days. He was so kind, and very helpful. It was our first time renting with United, and we will definitely be back!

We have good sales people constantly soliciting us for our outside rental fleet business. For the most part all of the rates seem to be competitive. What it generally comes down to for me is when I call your store do you have what I need available and ready for work and how fast can I get it on my job. That is where Wes and his team set themselves apart from the competition on my call list. When I ask for equipment he has it. When I need it delivered or picked up he does it. When I have an issue he fixes it. That kind of service helps me succeed with my customers. That is the bottom line.

Great place to get a trailer to haul a full size truck, the trailer have built in brakes, so the vehicle you drive does not have to have electric brakes. However, the tow vehicle must be large enough that it is not pushed by the trailer when turning corners
