You’re guaranteed to sit in the drive thru a good 20 minutes before your order is taken. I’m not sure how day shift runs but night shift has absolutely no hustle on getting the orders out!! I see a lot of the front cashiers handle money then go fix your fries!! That’s an absolute NO! Wash your hands! Other than that food great but I’m on the verge of finding me a new Wendy’s!

TERRIBLE experience on a Monday night. Ordered a salad, no salads at all. Ordered a potato, no potatoes. Ordered some fries, okay they had those. Ordered a chocolate frosty, NO frostys. Had to get chili. Who wants chili at a burger place? Seriously the worst experience.

Drink machines were not working so I got stuck with lemonade (they did start working before I left though) and the lady taking orders was not friendly at all. But the food, which took quite a while, was pretty much on point. Still, I think I'll avoid this location in the future.

It's the little things that count! They got all of our orders correctly! Food was fresh and hot! Then I find out that they now have bundle orders now. I attached a photo of the bundle they are offering and the price.

False advertisement at its finest. Ordered the new mozzarella chicken sandwich on the mobile app. Got to the window and staff acted like they were totally confused. Waited forever which just made me know something was gonna be wrong. Was headed out of town for work so didn't check my order before leaving. Once I unwrapped the sandwich had the right bun and sauce but only 1 slice of Asiago cheese. Neither one of the 3 idiots that came to the window bothered to tell me they were out of the mozzarella or whatever the case was so highly disappointed and will not spend money at Baseline again. Should get a refund.

I had made a simple order ta number 7 combo with out onion and no mayonnaise and a. Double stack and a large waters and the only they didn't give me was the double stack. ? So i went around and order a double stack . im from hot springs

Not sure what's going on at this location. Staffing issues? Equipment issues? But the drive thru is extremely slow. Lobby was closed and drive thru is still slow. The slowest Wendy's I've been to. Terrible!
