Associates were not knowledgeable nor helpful. The friendly atmosphere was nonexistent. The associate was annoyed due to the questions being asked.

Been going to the Walmart for a year now. And honestly I haven't had much issue with this store. The workers have good attitudes about their jobs most the time , but I get it. Work can get annoying especially working for walmart (I was a worker in a different state). But I know that if you are level with them they are level with you.
Now if you need electronics I suggest you go see Mister. Or one of his team members.

This has to be the most rude and ghetto set of employees I have ever seen. Myself and the gentleman ahead of me had already been to another department inside the store I think it was hardware. They told him to come back to the register at customer service to get help The employees were so rude The manager on duty would not come out and sent some children out young adults rather to tell us the customer service is closed no explanation I asked for the manager because I didn't understand why customer service would be closed at this time 6:24 in the evening. Ask for the manager of the store that was on duty and I was told that they are not allowed to give out a store manager's name at all I asked another employee and I was told by her the store manager name is Bernard so hopefully Bernard will see this review and get some type of understanding with his rude very unprofessional employees including the manager that would not come and speak with the customer

About as Walmarty a walmart experience as you can expect. The staff are generally inattentive, but the management is plain rude. Asking for supervisor assistance is something to think twice about unless you like the stubborn confrontational ignorance of store to company policies.

If you must shop at Walmart, it will be worth the drive to shop at another location.

I just Love the way you'll have done the new out look of the store it made me feel good everything was so clean and fresh thanks for making our Walmart in southwest LR remodeling and more self check outs Thanks so much it was much needed ????

Last time I was there security was following me around the entire time so after about 10 minutes I stopped and told him that if he insists on following me around that I would appreciate it if he would push the cart around for me. I'm sure he was unamused since he turned and walked away from me immediately .

I'm not usually a Wal-Mart shopper... this experience reminded me why. Short answer - go the distance to ANY other location for a 3-star experience.

The store itself seemed to have decent stock where I was looking, but less affordable than other retailers. Several associates were doodling on personal phones at the registers, others hung out in the bathroom - which was positively filthy. You don't want to know the things I saw in there. Woof. While shopping near automotive/home repair, a small child riding an electric cart rammed into a shelf which teetered and caused items to fall on me. Can't control what somebody's kid does, but you can certainly ensure your shelving is anchored. Found an associate in automotive to notify of the safety hazard. Guy just looked at me and said "Okay?"

I decided to put my few items away and left. The security officers watched me like a hawk when leaving. Nice to know someone there is alert.

I love there clearance section .
Let me tell you that stopping at them as I travel around the states. From store/state you can see the difference in the way people shop
Idia for Walmart
The things on clearance because it doesn't sale good in one area instead of taking a loss on it.
Why don't store send it to where it is saling for what they want and or asking price.
No loss on product in return brings down the price of things .
