Places real dirtiy you can tell from the pictures had to wait 7 minutes for one cup of coffee and there was nobody in front of me at the counter. I The later the lady behind the counter I take it she was the manager was hollering at people put their mask gone but if you can tell from the picture her own employee that was working right next to her she didn't care what where his mass was at which course you can see it wasn't war properly below the mouth

It is the only McDonalds that is lousy in service, they should train the employees on two occasions and I came to this McDonalds once, it took 30 minutes for them to take my order to my car, especially today I went and asked for two McGriddle sausages, they only gave me one and I asked for straws for my cold coffees and not very bad service

Rudest woman ever asks me what I want. And soon as I start talking calls me bro and that she can't hear me. Outside the first window you can hear her inside yelling about not being able to hear me. Yea it's just McDonalds but a little bit of professionalism isn't too much to ask for I don't think. Other locations seem to understand.

It was hot in there. Someone cleaning the floor, floor was slippery. Saw them throw away 2 ice cream cones, either a mistake or customer left. Then they noticed they were about to give me medium fries when i ordered large so it just got tossed in the trash.

They usually get something wrong on my orders, definitely not the first time either. This time it cost my daughter nearly 70 dollars to feed everyone in the household, and they managed to give cold and old fries, and not all the fries were given. Missing 2 orders of fries, my large drink was a small, husband's large shake was small and I ended up giving my kids my large fries.
Because, when I tried to call them to let them know they let the phone ring, then seemed to have picked up the phone and hung it up quickly, like they didn't want to deal with anything or anybody. I have come to understand to be human is to error, its almost given they screw my order up. But to be asked for my daughters card pin number... Which we have never been asked that before, since when? it was the final straw... I will be going to geyer spring location from now on. This is ridiculous, we spent alot of money for our order and not get everything you order. Sorry its not going to happen again.

We ordered fries cook to order and we had to tell the lady who took our order twice but she still didn't make them cook to order. The fries were soggy and had no salt. We also ordered two regular hamburger patties and got charged for two quarter pounder patties instead. The workers also had a bit of an attitude towards us.

Can someone, anyone explain this? I don't use ketchup, so I ask for mac sauce instead. Not always, but sometimes. I was told today that the little cups were a limited thing (assuming mac sauce). Confused, I said so I can't get any, manager no. Really???? And, can we please get the speakers or headsets fixed for the workers to hear us?

They told me my mobile online order code was invalid, so all of my points are gone and I ended up not receiving my order. Trashy establishment, even trashier employees. Do better
