Facility is very neglected. Needs a good pressure washing and a guy to pickup trash that’s falling out of full trash cans. Lettuce and tomatoes was of poor quality. Only 2 pickles. Ordered mustard but no mustard. This place was really good three years ago. Maybe new management?

Sat here for 15 min with red button blinking just to order a coke then realized 2 of the waitress’s where sitting in stall #2 just talking to a customer laughing so explains why my order wasn’t taken the same 2-3 stalls have been out of order for several months this place is just a no star “fast” food placed in a ideal area but isn’t taken care of or managed well if at all. 8/26/23 1215pm

Property is dirty. Multiple order stations inoperable. Main problem was order was wrong, ordered mustard only. Got everything in the building on it. Ordered fries got tater tots. At least the drink was correct! Would post the receipt info but didn't get one. I work a block from this location and haven't ate here in over year because of these problems. Looks like there's no change. Obviously owner doesn't care.

Typical fast food. But here lately, the quality check on the correctness of the order has gone to hell. I now check the order at the window no matter how busy or how lined up they are and highly recommend the same for anyone going here

Check your food before you leave.
Here's a medium order of fries.
The order of fries that arrived to replace these, were flaccid, cold and greasy.
What in the hell is going on?
This is not acceptable Sonic!!

Never again. Serving smaller portions for more money and constantly being stingy with condiments. If condiments are so important that you REFUSE to give me my requested amount then just start charging for them. I would've paid for them instead of being told you're "not allowed" to give more than 3. What point is there to eat this garbage if I can't hide the flavor with condiments? You know it's an issue with many or you wouldn't have put a limit on the condiments in the first place. Do better

I stopped for lunch and mostly just wanted the rt 44 peach mango slush to try and beat this heat, but as you can see in the picture, it's sadly not a rt44. I thought it was clearly understood but i was wrong. So, saddened and hot, i checked my receipt to insure i didn't pay for a rt44 and i left with the medium. It wasn't ideal anyhow but for a few minutes it was refreshing.

Our order was brought out different than what I was charged for and I had already complained about that plus not getting a toy in my son's wacky pack so when my burger patty was obviously old and dried out I just gave up. I have had better from this sonic during the day. It's obviously very different in the evenings. Update: The manager was walking by when I was making this so I showed him the burger and he said he would have another one made. The second one was no better than the first. Very disappointed. My family ran a sonic for years. This is not how sonic wants to be represented.
