Thoroughly disappointed!!!!!!! Losing faith in humanity daily... was checking out and a homeless man had some cash and was buying food...well he was having issues using cash on the self check out and while helping him the older lady was steadily running her mouth...well he asked if he could get a fork from the deli to eat his food with and ohhh I don't know being a decent human being she told him no he couldn't have one and needed to leave... so when I got outside I grabbed one outta the ride and ran it to him.... this infuriated me and broke my heart a bit that we can't treat others with just a bit of love!!!!!! I will never grace the door steps of this Kroger again....and I know Losing my business at this location won't bother them but I stand by it....

After loading my groceries in my truck in the rain, I noticed that I didn't get my $5 discount on the buy 5 get $5 off. Back into the store in the rain I went. I showed a lady that they called to help me my ticket, and together we looked at the items in the store which plainly showed to be part of the Buy 5 get $5 off. She agreed with me and then asked me to go get the items out of my truck in the rain. I told her that it was raining and I wasn't going to do that. I asked her for my receipt back and I left never to return. I live near by and have been a customer for 40 years. Never again. David M. Hunt

Spent a decent amount on groceries and the customer service woman named Sharon told me they could not sell me quarters. Thanks for the great customer service. Oh yeah, and the selection is not great. Vegetarian selection is a joke. Not the best Kroger I have shopped at and I have shopped so many. For the prices, you would think they would trade me a couple rolls of quarters for the cash back I took out (with a fee) from self checkout. What's wrong with people? No one can just do the simplest kind gesture.

No, you haven't? Then pop in to one for a bit. Any one of them. They're ubiquitous. And mostly harmless.

Always great selection of your grocery needs. Fresh produce. A great meat dept. Deli and bakery are always on point. And of course the awesome service from the pharmacy.

This store could really use a complete makeover, but it's ok for your general grocery shopping needs. The good thing (for me) about these stores is that they have the self-checkouts, so you usually don't have to worry about lack of cashiers or inattentive employees. The downside to that is that you get a lot of (very) slow people in the self-checkout lines at times when the store is crowded.

About 80% of the staff at this Kroger are rude and hostile. The others are normal, respectful, and professional.
