Decor is very nostalgic and unique. It is a true mom and pop restaurant! Food was delicious and big portions but you can take home what you can't finish! Service was great and friendly staff! The place is small and has around 10 tables but it is worth it for sure! I would recommend to anyone for all meals! They leave a cute note at the end with your bill!

Impressive middle class place with great food in copious portions. Super service, friendly server. The ambiance was country.

I can't overstate this restaurant's impression on both me and my hard to please wife.

Negatives were two, one of the two bathrooms was out of order , which happens and can be easily fixed. Also, they were out of chicken fried steak which was an unforgivable unforced error on the part of managment.

Hungry? You won't be after having a great breakfast here. Pancakes the size of hubcaps, eggs cooked to order, and awesome service. Waffles to fill you with goodness. You may have to wait when you arrive, but believe me, it is worth the time.

Absolutely delicious! The waffles are gigantic and very fluffy and crispy at the same time. You will not be disappointed. Cute eating area with antiques all over the walls.

So friendly and the breakfast was out of this world!! They mean it when they said “come hungry!” Pancakes are huge, biscuits and gravy taste just like you make at home, pork chop was great! And NOT overpriced like on the main strip! Staff and locals were friendly and inviting! Just great experience!

My husband and I come here every time we visit Hot Springs. You get a nostalgic feeling the moment you walk in. It’s like going to your favorite Grandma’s house to eat. Everything on the menu is great and you can tell it is made with love. The entire staff is so friendly and sweet. They all try to make sure you have a great dining experience. We had Linda last time we went and I cannot praise her enough. We really enjoyed visiting with her and you can tell she really loves her job and the customers. If you haven’t been here before, you’re missing out!

Big thumbs up for the home cooked food, price, atmosphere and service. Will definitely be back when in Hot Springs again! You won’t leave hungry and the food would make any cook jealous!

We came to Hot Springs to see Aaron Lewis at Oaklawn, stayed overnight and left out early to head back home. We decided to eat dinner breakfast at &Phil’s. I wish we had heeded the warnings that the portions were huge! If I’d actually realized they were THAT big, we would have shared! We left so much food, there was no way to eat all of it. The pictures don’t show the size. So definitely not complaining about portion size! The food was good, could maybe cook the hash browns a little crispier but that’s just the way I like them, others may like them less crispy. I really wanted an omelet but I didn’t want to pay that much and no one wanted to share with me. Loved the homey atmosphere with antiques. A quaint little restaurant resembling an old friends house. Great service.
