Great catfish baskets (burgers looked yummy, too). Mr. Wiskers closes at 8 pm, so plan accordingly. Nostalgic simple atmosphere, friendly staff. The location is out near the fairgrounds on Malvern, not near downtown.

Family goes here fairly often. We love the food. Fish are the best in town. I am not a fan of the shrimp but my father loves them. They always give you plenty of condiments on take out. Their tarter sauce is onion heavy, which I am indifferent but some may dislike.

Passed by this place several times from Texarkana and had to try it. Best catfish basket and Shrimp basket I’ve had in a while. Will be back.

Mr. Whiskers was nice and clean and the food was great! However, I would like to suggest using an odorless cleaner for the facility as the fabuloso or Lysol smell was overbearing and causing some nausea. But at least it was clean overall.

I was amazed how good the pulled pork sandwich was. Very smokey just like I make mine. Good sauce and the sandwich was huge with really fries for under $10. This is a hidden gem for sure. I will be back to try other dishes.

This was our first time at Mr. Whiskers and it was great. Me and my family was on vacation and was leaving to go home. This ended our vacation on a good note.

The food was fabulous. We shared the fish and shrimp and the double burger. Couldn’t quite finish it, but we were happy to take it with. Definitely will be a repeat visit in the future!!!

Excellent service and excellent food. I saw this restaurant on TV. The catfish, hush puppies, and coleslaw are amazing!! The service is excellent. And you have to meet Darius the Famous Chef!!! I bring my Dad here to eat every time he is in town. This is the BEST catfish around. You will not be disappointed. I can not say enough about how impressed I am with this amazing local gem.
