This is a great restaurant with nice vibes and a very wide menu selection. Their country fried steak is one of the best I have ever had in my life. The loaded baked potato was fantastic as well. Our server, Amber, went above and beyond to ensure a great experience for all of us by helping to accommodate dietary restrictions for one person in our group. Would definitely come back here again!

We stopped here on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30. The place was busy, but not packed necessarily. There appeared to be adequate service available, however our service was very poor. It seemed to be really mismanaged and chaotic. We had long waits for our food and even refills. At one point we didn’t see our server for 30 minutes. It could have just been a fluke thing, but our service experience was not great. The food however was very delicious and they offered a little bit of everything. I really enjoyed my pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich. I’d go again and just hope for better service next time around.

Absolutely delicious! Whether you're in the mood for catfish or BBQ, they've got you covered. It's good down home cooking. They have three different bbq sauces to choose from and awesome fried sides. The vibe is vacation, but you can tell the locals like to eat here too.

Top notch food and service. Hidden gem that we will return to time and time again. Don't fight the "I don't care" battle and make it easy. Just go here! You won't regret it. The spicy BBQ sauce is a great addition to anything.

We ordered carryout from this restaurant. The meal was ready in less than 30 minutes and the drive up window was super convenient. Prices were surprisingly cheap. I had fried catfish (excellent), hush puppies (good), Mac n cheese with brisket (great), slaw (good) and pinto beans (a bit tangy...too much salt?).

We had lunch at the Red Oak filling station after spending the morning at the Garvan Woodland Gardens and the whole family love it!

There is ample parking out front and tons of seating inside.

We tried the fried catfish, the country fried chicken, and the BBQ sampler and we enjoyed everything! The fried catfish was the star. It was so good and so perfectly cooked that we didn't even need the tartar sauce!

We tried the pecan pie for dessert, which wasn't the best, but the soft serve made up for it.

Overall, it was a nice causal place to eat with hearty comfort food and great southern dishes.

We come here after going to Garvan Gardens and it hits the spot. Happy Hour is 3-6 and it's perfect after a long day outside. Plenty of seating, good food and service, and clean. Rachel was our server and so awesome and kind. I had the special with the mac brisket.

Great service everyone was very polite. Food was good. I had the brisket grill cheese it was a little smoky and needed slightly more cheese but it was good. The fries are great. My wife had the fish which I honestly can say was way to fishy tasting I can't suggest it. The cheese curds were great.
