Food is great and service is great too , the special lunch menu for $10 has a very nice choice food.

As a chain Chili's has been consistent with service and food until tonight in this Conway location. Waitress did a satisfactory job but never got my husband’s tea right which was BlackBerry. Burger was okay for husband but shrimp tacos beans and rice was cold and silverware dirty. Looked as many young cooks in the back and strongly suggest manager get ahold of his duties and restaurant. Have no plans in returning not because of service but food preparation. Also bathroom has black mold on grout and kitchen floor was nasty with about ten employees walking in it. I am surprised the AR health department has allowed them to stay open or not fined them.

So me and my friends had a new server tonight his name was Chris and he was new and he needs some work but over all he great attitude, amazing personality with work knew the menu, was late on meal but overall the experience we had with him was amazing will definitely come back had amazing talk with him and I can never leave this place!!! And also he just need slow down and take slow that’s all, but overall I wouldn’t mind having him as a server again, thank you Chris for amazing evening!!! We definitely back!!!

I had a rib eye steak w/mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. The steak was cooked medium like I ordered and the potatoes and broccoli were perfect. My waitress was very personable and ensured I was taken care of. My experience was totally enjoyed. It had been many years (over 25 years) since I last visited a Chili's Restaurant and that visit was not enjoyable at all. I'll be back to Chili's Restaurant in Conway, Arkansas.

We started with chips and salsa. The salsa was not as good as it normally is. It seemed to be watered down. We were very disappointed because the shrimp tacos were no longer on the menu. The southwest salad was ok. The grilled salmon was overcooked. We had to ask twice for napkins and silverware. Our waitress was new and just needs more experience.

I absolutely love this place! This is one of my favorite restaurants ever and I could eat here all the time. One of my favorite things they have here is their chips and salsa, their salads with their ranch dressing, their chicken tortilla soup, fried pickles, and their burgers. I love this place, Here!!!

Honestly went into chilis for the first time in years for my daughters birthday.
Took 15 min to even get our drinks ordered…
We didn’t get our appetizers (they forgot we ordered it ????)
We didn’t get not one refill on a drink and our food was burned….
I don’t usually complain and didn’t want it to make a big deal because the kids food was ok
But was definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had eating at a restaurant

Best part of the night is that they sang happy birthday to my kid.. but let’s just say I’ll probably never go back….????u200d♀️

I'm more than mad I spent almost 50 bucks tonight. I've been wanting to try the watermelon lemonade and they just gave me a regular all my food was way under cooked and cold. My corn had NO SEASONING on it and I normally loved their corn on the cob. They forgot my salsa and chips. I threw away every bit of the food I got tonight and in so mad about it such a waste never again will I go here.
