If I could give more stars I would! I had the BEST experience with Ms. Sandra! She is the literal sweetest person and made sure I was taken care of! I would 100% recommend the Postal Annex for all your mail/package needs!

I went to the Postal Annex on Oak St today to return a package to Amazon, I had already printed the label attached it to the package and boxed it up. When I turned it into the Postal Annex I asked for a receipt for proof I dropped off the package for return and was told to get a receipt it would cost me a dollar. I know a dollar isn't much however why should I have to pay for a receipt, I will never use them again, when using a company you should never have to pay for a receipt. Just ridiculous!

I absolutely love this place! The Manager is such a sweet person. I truly appreciate her. She is always so pleasant when I come to pickup my Amazon packages. I am very thankful for her!

Sandra is the BEST human being!! She loves all her customers and makes everyone feel special and valued! She calls you by name and always considers your needs. She won’t let you waste your money because she’s up front and honest. I love supporting small business’s and so does she!! Also Max is the best!! Skip FedEx and UPS and go to Postal Annex instead!!
