We had 11 people dining that night. We were from out of town. Our waiter was the best, but he was outshined by how terrible the manager was. Our waiter was bringing dishes out as they became ready. We agreed that was best with the amount of people that we had. One of our group didn't get his food. I asked another staff member if he was the manager, he said "No, she's in the kitchen" I stood up and headed for the kitchen. He followed behind me and said "You can't go in there" I said, "I know, you are going to get her for me" Now, mind you at this time most of our party were finishing up their food and my guest still had no food. At this point, our waiter came out of the kitchen and only then explained that my friend's food was given out to a to go order. I told him he needed to get the food out fast to him and that I don't think we should have to pay for it. About 5 minutes later they brought out his food and he promptly asked for a to go box, because every single person at the table were totally finished eating. Then the waiter said to me that the manager said since we got the food we had to pay for it. To me it's all bad business. First, the manager should have come and explained right away about the mistake that had occurred. Second, she should have never made the server deal with a comp issue. I wasn't trying to get something free, I just think my guest was wronged and there should have been some compensation. Also, it didn't help anything that my guest was the only black man at the table. I know I will never visit this Applebee's again. Too bad, because my bill was $200. I did tip the server $30. I didn't take my upset out on him.

Ordered Bone in wings to go with requested celery and carrots and was yes it comes with wings i kinda found it strange when server/bartender said you don't want copy just Receipt of merchant copt to sign. Don't trust their word sad to say you have to double check and compare your receipt of what a customer is paying!!!!!

Applebee's could use a deep cleaning. The entire restaurant smelled of mildew. The Hostess stand and waiting area was very dirty. Management needs to raise the cleaning standards, because the food and service was excellent.

Food was excellent!!!!!!!!!! my bourbon street steak cooked medium well with grilled shrimp and loaded potatoes with a peach sangria was the best thing I ate this year that I myself did not cook. Oh did I mention food was excellent!!!!!!!!!!!????????????????

Apple bees has the best drinks but the worst service well this one did, first off I ordered two appetizer trays, a ceaser salad, and one of the all you can eat meals (it’s $14.99 and you can choose Boneless wings, Shrimp, or Riblets with fries) but I ended up with boneless wings ONLY I’m guessing the server heard boneless wings but I was telling her what flavor wings I wanted with the appetizer tray, secondly they brought out one small thing of ceaser dressing for a pretty nice size salad and when I asked for more I was given Blue Cheese dressing, thirdly the all you can eat meal should come with a disclaimer “warning this meal gets smaller with portions each time you order a different meat” the first time we got the meal it had 3 riblets when we ordered the Shrimp they were bite sized and it was only 3 by the time we ordered another riblet meal it was one on the plate with cold fries, not to mention we waited for refills over an hour. Lastly there were people that came in and left because they were waiting well over 45 minutes when the server didn’t even take their order for beverages!!! I don’t know if they need to hire more servers or what but the experience would’ve been a lot better if our server was more attentive.

Our experience started off great. The health rating was 94 (lower than I'd like), but the place looked clean enough so we still tried it. Our hostess and waitress were good and personable. When we got our food, my steak was literally raw on the inside and tasted so much like peppercorn that it burned my mouth and made me gag. My son insisted on finding the waitress for me. While we were waiting for the waitress to come, a cockroach climbed up the menu. It blends in so it's hard to see (plus I wasn't doing multiple close up takes to get a good angle of a roach), but it's there. I understand that it could have maybe come from someone's house and been hanging out in the booth. However, it was absolutely disgusting to see a roach on the table - and while waiting on someone to address an undercooked steak. Needless to say, we won't be back.

This is the Best Applebee's experience I've ever had! Except for the hateful greeter that couldn't comprehend that the handicapped person in our party could NOT sit at a high table in the bar area. The food was outstanding & our server was extremely helpful, attentive & super pleasant. Will return to this location just for the freshness of the food. All of our dishes were hot & delicious. Drink recommendations from our waitress were very helpful.

Orderd a cardside order and not only did we have to go inside to get it, but it took well over 45 mins to get the order! Placed Orderd at 8:15 didn't get order until pm. Not great at all! Just simply not great!
