We not only had a wonderful meal but had a great time. Our server was amazing, comical and efficient! Our drinks never win empty, our orders were exactly what we wanted even with all the added details and requests. He did not miss anything.
There are very few restaurants that you see the manager standing watch in the dining room. He was very present and kind to his staff. We observed this manager make sure that every table was attended to promptly. Even doing things himself when necessary. That is the sign of a well-run restaurant & company.
Our cook was one of the best we've had. He took time to entertain us even when there was a crowd waiting and made our food exactly as we ordered it and it was delicious. The quality cut of meat for the filet mignon was out-of-this-world and the scallops were very big in size, we definitely got our. We took enough for another meal home, the portion sizes were very generous.
We had a young man who was celebrating his 10th birthday at our table and he had stepped out to the restroom. When our server came by with the drums and birthday treat he realized the young man wasn't in his seat he quickly made a reverse and started backing out. As he was backing out he was saying "reverse reverse reverse, come back later. Come back later, come back later". To the beat of the drum. It was very funny and really made it fun. I've been coming to konomi's for several years and I'm never dissatisfied or disappointed.

We came in this weekend and had the best experience! We had a small group and decided to sit at the table side to be able to eat quicker. Our waitress, Madison, was fantastic!! She very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to suggest some items for us to try. Our drinks were refilled promptly and our food was delicious! We will definitely be back soon.

This is hands down the best service me and my fiancé have received in a long time. Our food was prepared so fast that we had barely started in on our crab angels. Heather did an amazing job and was a great waitress. Complete props to everyone working here, you should all be proud of such a great experience.

I've been going to this place years and I've had great experiences and good food as well as bad experiences and bad food. Sometimes we get a kind, attentive waitress/waiter and a chef with personality sometimes we don't. Sometimes we get a chef that knows how to season the food sometimes we don't. I am begging for some consistency. The only reason I keep coming back here is because the hibachi grill restaurant on HWY 11 is worse, however I think you should strive for more than being the lesser of two evils.

We come here about once a month and always have great sushi. The bang bang shrimp is awesome and our favorite role is the super crunch. I love the soup that they serve to start out with you

The food is good. The restaurant seems pretty clean.
The cooks aren’t all that entertaining. I think we had a new server. Service was pretty slow and she forgot to bring some things like yum yum sauce.
The courses were prepared in an odd order at the Hibachi grill.

Wow. Literally. Wow. We LOVED our experience here. Absolutely worth every penny. Great food, great drinks, excellent service. Nice atmosphere with good music and friendly staff. Steaks were delicious and tender. Cooked to perfection. Sushi rolls were amazing (RockNRoll Sushi has some major competition for my business now!). Portions of all the meals ordered were large. I had more than enough left over to make a second meal out of it at home. The soup and salad that comes with the entrées is

The waitress was extremely rude, on top of that she took 18% gratuity for a group that wasn't technically together. Then took extra 5$ off of a 16yr Olds card but couldn't explain why and screwed up all of our checks. This is the second time in a row I've had horrible service here and will not be back! But I will say this our chef was amazing, he sang to us and entertained us well! But with horrible service, that definitely kills the whole experience!
