I’m going to give them 4 stars. So, this goes out to all Dollar Trees. As a personal shopper, if you take up the price of goods. You must invest in more quantity and quality of goods. Not just meeting the supply and demand law. Just an FYI.

I get what I need and get out quickly.

Pros:

Low prices on selective goods

Convenient location w/ other retail stores near by

New meat selections and cleaning
supplies

Shelves fully stocked

Cons:

Increased products by .25 cents ????????. It might not seem like a lot. Though, it is. So, if you buy 4 items. They are making an additional $1.00 off you such as $1.25 x 4 items u003d $5.00 w/ tax included 10% u003d $5.50 you spent.

The isles stay crowded with products not put on shelves but in boxes or crates. Making it hard to move around. Can I say strong liability.

Understaffed

Employees are rude and speak to who they want.

No one at cash register

Some products you can get for cents less at other retailers. So, price match well.

They have a great selection of items. I always pick up too many items. I go up and down all the aisles and the frozen food selections are awesome.

1. I check out.
2. The cashier swipes an item twice.
3. I ask her to double check the number of items swiped.
4. She says she didn't ring it up enough and swipes it again.
5. She hands me a receipt that shows five charges where there should have been three.
6. I come back and she says "Well we don't do refunds so do you want to do an exchange?"
7. Seemingly leaving me no choice, I went back to find replacements for the charges I tried to avoid.
8. Her attitude was nonchalant and apathetic.
It's sad when cheap products come with cheap customer service.

I just bought a small Dollar Store fortune (ballin'!!) for my great niece - nail polish galore. And, of course, some items for myself. ;-)
